  • Reducing 1" fat pad

So I've calculated my fat pad to about a full inch which is depressing because I'm a pretty thin guy. I'm 5'11 and around 160lbs. Seriously, the only places I have fat are my chest and stomach. Does anyone know things I can do to reduce this fat pad drastically? Is it possible to get it down to around .25 without being anorexic skinny? I just started exercising a bunch about a month ago and eating very healthy. My Bpel is 6.8-6.85 and my nbpel is like 5.95. I haven't been able to measure with full 10 eq bcuz my dick is always tired from my extender and I'm also doing a porn reboot..

It really sucks to have an entire inch of my penis hiding behind fat. The only things I can think of to reduce the fat in that area would be ab exercises and running. I've been trying to make myself run at least 2 miles everyday but if you guys really think running will help I'll seriously run 5 miles or more everyday to make this fat go away.

Running is a great exercise, one which I don't do enough of. Personally I like boxing, it trains everything, from your legs, arms, core, focus, determination, competitiveness.

I've always been pretty slim, but since taking up boxing I find myself doing other exercises to benefit my boxing training, it's intense, I like to think of it as high speed tag.

Even if you don't do all the training, get yourself a heavy bag and a skipping rope, you will feel like you have more spring in your step and more breath in your lungs and help rid you of feelings of frustration. Works for me!

Like I said I'm slim and I think the area around the pubic bone just naturally has a bit of chub, you can see my upper abs, but I probably have an inch of fat + skin in the pubic bone area (I can press the ruler in nearly an inch), so I wouldn't worry too much, but taking up any exercise will increase oxygenated blood, that will benefit PE.

I have an inch myself, it is part of the normal human body. I would not worry about bit to be honest if it is an inch or less. Dont get unhealthy over it.

Thanks for the quick replies guys. I know my body fat percentage isn't very low because I have pretty obvious fat on my chest and stomach. Seriously it looks like small man boobs and when I bend over I get these fat rolls all over my stomach. I'm just hoping as I lose fat in these areas my fat pad will decrease. If I could at least get it down to .5 I'd be satisfied I guess because my goal is basically 7 nbpel / 7.5 Bpel but shit I might as well go for a popular goal here of 8 bpel. I'm just going to keep doing cardio everyday and dieting.

Try lifting, muscle requires more calories to support so more muscle burns fat in itself. 160 at your height says you should increase muscle tone, not lose weight.

Yeah man exactly. I don't need to lose weight for sure I just need to lose some excess fat and gain muscle. If anything, I might gain weight as I transform fat into muscle right?

EVery other day I work out my shoulders and arms with a 25lb dumb bell. I do like
40 reps. I also try to do 200 push-ups with a special push up bar and 200 crunches. I'm working on making myself run every day though.

High interval running and burpies are a great way to get a total body slim down. Reverse crunches will work your lower absolutely next to your fat pad aswell.

Not only does exercise play a role; so does diet.

So if you're going to start exersice I would recomend you check out other sites such as bodybuilding.com or muscleandfitness.com they are sites soley dedicated to working out.

As for what you should to do lose weight I do belive reading an article that stated that while cardio burnt more calories than lifting those that did lifiting lost more weight. This is due to the fact that lifiting raises metabolism.
However the best thing to do to get in excellent shape is combining the two, you don't want to be all muscle that can't have sex for long 'cause you get exhausted.

I avoid any bodybuilding source for exercise /diet advice , drug use is so endemic in bb that their advice is not revelant to non drug users.
That said weight training and a specific site for exercise/diet advice is a good idea.

While the site is called bodybuilding.com it's not soley packed with bodybuilding stuff, and while I haven't read their forums the parts that I've seen of it does not favor drugs. And you can find a lot of different workout programs for whatever suits yer fancy. They have programs for gaining mass and even programs for moms who want to get back in shape. Don't let the name scare you.

I agree. That is what I proiginally planned for working out. Drop some fat through running and some weight lifting here and there and then later on switch it around to where I am weight lifting and then doing a smaller amount of cardio.
