I genuinely like when people are able to bring in some personal facts. Can you also just add a bit more information about your lifestyle? Do you workout or do any kinds of sports (how often)? What is your diet in general? (lots of meat, veggies or carbs, etc..) Thank you.

I used to powerlift competitively in my early 20s, now I strength train 3x a week.

My diet is primarily vegetarian but I eat meat 2-3 times a week (fish or beef). On the days I eat meat, I make sure I only eat one meal that contains meat. I try to use common sense for my diet- lots of dark leafy vegetables, I try to stay way from bread and refined sugar like they're the devil.

Seems we have similar diets (not important really)
Ok, so the testosterone levels are high probably thanks to the training and diet, but at least we see, that green tea barely affects it, if it affects it at all.

Hi Green tea is good for your blood, the antioxidants in tea promote cardiovascular health and may improve circulation, this is true for both black tea and green tea. Healthy blood will help improve circulation, another study found that green tea consumption is associated with a lower rate of coronary artery disease, I take mine with Tribulus this here in Greece I can buy as a chopped up plant, this I grind down and add to my green tea as its another way of improving my testosterone.

Now one other thing you can add to your green tea is ground down organic olive leaf its another way of boosting our testosterone, and also taking 2 tablespoons of organic olive oil a day is another testosterone booster.

          Have Fun guys.

I have been taking my green teas with a tincture of ginko biloba, good combination I think.

Hi WS I would watch the Ginko as its a blood thinner, and a side effect is bleeding in the brain.

It has been reported that there was a reduction in plasma testosterone level by epigallocatechingallate present in green tea

I highly doubt anybody will even notice a difference.
