I've been practicing edging twice a day everyday and I've been lasting longer throughout the week. But I don't ejaculate, since I am running nofap along with pe. So far i notice i have blue balls all day but since i have a high tolerance of pain im getting used to it and the pain is nearly nonexistant. I really dont plan on ejaculating for a while. Starting on Monday I will start the JP90 beginner program with edging at the end of the workout. Should I get the stuff out now and build up after? It's been a week since I last ejaculated and I've noticed I get random hard ons when I lye down, but I stay fuller all day. Any inputs will greatly be appreciated.

It's best for your prostate to ejaculate 2-4 X per week, by edging or preferably. sex. If you don't use it, you'll lose it if continued for an extended time...just sayin'...

Studies have shown you have to orgasm over 21 times a month to have a positive benefit on your prostate. That is like once every day and a half. Orgasming less than that seems to have no effect. Of course the studies are only observational. I read the actual study when it came out about 1.5 years ago but I can not find it searching on my phone. Here is an article that references the study. Men Who Orgasm Every Day Are At Lower Risk For Prostate CancerOriginally posted by jockinthebox View PostIt's best for your prostate to ejaculate 2-4 X per week, by edging or preferably. sex. So if you orgasm once a month it is no different than 15 times a month. The magic number is more than 21 times a month.

what about when your younger and don't masturbate allot yet?the only way for your body to eliminate extra sperm would be wet dreams or re absorption. maybe the younger body would not have a problem resisting infection or prostate problems.must be why old fuckers my age are at higher risk.haha

Yeah, like the study said, its all observational. Since they just observed, and they didnt control the lifestyle habits of the participants, then that doesnt rule out other causes of prostate cancer. Maybe genetics played a role. The people that ejauclated less may have also eaten poorly, been sedentary, who knows. The ejaculation amount may only be a coincedence. Without a proper controlled study, it is very inconclusive and nothing to base decisions on in my opinion.Originally posted by lastditch View Postwhat about when your younger and don't masturbate allot yet?the only way for your body to eliminate extra sperm would be wet dreams or re absorption. maybe the younger body would not have a problem resisting infection or prostate problems.must be why old fuckers my age are at higher risk.haha
