The issue is compounded if it's performance-specific anxiety.

      Hi everyone.

I have had this issue for a few years. My flaccid size has been considerably smaller as I have grappled with anxiety. I also tense my pelvic floor continually throughout the day, often feeling it spasming out of my control. This was brought on by stimulant use at the gym and constantly tensing my pf during masturbation. I also have extremely tight hips and hamstrings and often find myself holding my breath. I rarely get erections and if I do they are weak and go away as soon as I take my mind off them. I get morning wood but it goes away as soon as I wake up.

I had a week long period after following a reverse kegel routine where I was getting erections throughout the day, and began to enjoy sex again, until I stopped the rk’s. I then lost an erection twice that weekend and following that incident have had a week long period of severe performance anxiety, something I have struggled with in the past and am now grappling with having entered a new relationship.

This problem is destroying my life. Every waking moment all I think about is my inability and it distracts me from work or from being present with my partner. I have tried sildenafil but it has no effect.

Thank you for this routine. I will start to implement this but can anyone please offer any additional advice? My libido has also been non existent after my last anxiety/ed incident.

Well of course you know how bad anxiety is for sex and that has to be dealt with .

On the physical side you know that rk works you might also try hindi squat and in general the routines in this thread.

As difficult as this may be it's vital you do your best to not dwell on it! The worry in and of itself will make things worse. Spend enough time in this zone and you'll get depressed, lower your levels of dopamine, and further complicate the issue.
