  • Bulging and fairly hard bulbospongiosis question

Hey guys I did the tennis ball massage, sitting on I rubbing it on my bulbospongiosis which was bulging and hard before I did it. Now it feels more pushed in, but it was quite painful and uncomfortable to do this massaging as well. Is this normal, and what does a hard and bulging bulbospongiosis mean? I sometimes suffer HF, and varicocele.

    Thanks

No, a hard bulbosponginosis is not "normal". It might be a result of an enlarged prostate, pelvic impalance or perhaps a cyst in the perineum. See a Urologist and have yourself checked out! Tenis ball exercises are good to relax the pelvic floor, and when it is tensesed, they can be painful. You should consider a healthy K:RK regimen, along with Tennis ball massages to relax and strengthen your PC & BC muscles. If it doesn't improve the tension in your perineum, you could also try an Aneros device to stimulate your g-spot & prostate to orgasm regularly. Promoting prostate orgasms consistently will relieve the tension helping maintain pelvic floor balance.

It's not bulging now. It comes and goes. Do you advice the tennis ball massage? And is it normal that I am hitting the bulbospongiosis primarily with the tennis ball?
