  • Another hard flaccid story

    Im gonna keep this as simple as possible because I know the feeling when you are going through a problem, you look for an answer and you just see endless paragraphs and walls of text which just demotivate you even more

    Basically I got hard flaccid exactly two weeks ago. Since then I have made progress which I think is worth mentioning even more after seeing that most users who come here with hard flaccid, they get rid of it or make progress and they never come back. I got mine after overkegelling.
    My symptoms were a little different than what most people experience but this doesnt mean it wasnt hard flaccid
    - small firm shrivelled dick(but only when Im standing for 5+ minutes for some reason)
    -numb penis
    -numb penis head
    -greyish glands
    -cold penis
    -smaller erect size
    -premature ejaculation
    -hard time keeping an erection, if I stopped the manual stimulation it was going soft
    -low libido


    I couldnt get a rock hard erection even if my life depended on it, It was devastating, this is what I did to better my situation:
    -kept myself occupied with something(listening to music, working out, taking a nap, playing video games, going out or else I couldnt stop thinking about the hard flaccid), I was playing music all day to not let the negative thoughts in my mind, I wasnt listening to music only when I was sleeping
    -read Hans protocol and talked to him, I was doing hindi squats(malasana) holding it for 3-5 minutes at least once everyday
    -reverse kegels
    -yoga exercises like reclined butterfly, legs spread up on the wall and others 2 times a day while reverse kegeling just google pelvic floor exercises

    -I cant do full splits but I still saw progress after doing the basic stretches
    -Im drinking tea with ginkgo biloba 2x a day for better bloodflow
    -no fap

    last friday I tried jacking off cause I was horny as fuck, my dick was only 50% hard and I came in like 30 seconds after I started, today, I jacked off(slow and careful) and my dick was was almost 100% hard like before and no premature ejaculation

    if you have hard flaccid dont lose hope, this condition is totally reversible, imo its 50/50 mental/physical problem and you need to adress both, just because somebody had progress in short time doesnt mean you wont see any if you invest more time into it, I was mistaking my condition with others many times and you might too but remember that if you have a nerve damage, venous leak or ligament tear your dick will never be firm when its flaccid

    the feeling that I cant tell this to anybody I know was eating me alive, if you are going through the same and need somebody to speak to you can pm me


    I want to thank @HansTwilight @lee26 @troubleshooter and others which I cant remember right now cause I improved my condition using their advice

    Hey man can you explain how you do your reverse kegels? Im kind of struggling doing them

      Yes you had created for sure an overtensed PF.
      Well done for the improvement.
      For more infos read my sig. link.... it will help you with some more things that you may haven t read in other threads.
      Do Rks for the rest of your life and stop kegels forever and it won t happen again.
      I have noticed that a PF that got overtensed once and created hard flaccid , can happen again easier. Its like muscle memory so you have to always balance it with Rks and PF stretching.

        Go to the 6:25 of the video I posted and look at the Body posture she is doing.
        Keeping this pose and breathing very slow and very deep until you feel the air expanding your PF like a flower that opens is the correct form of Rks.
        10 secs breathing deep / 10 secs slowly take the breath out and do it again and again for at least 8 mins.

          basically breath in and try to expand your stomach as much as possible, if your bladder isnt empty and you do it too hard you might pee yourself so always pee beforehand

            yea actually I have seen your thread about pf tension, in the span of like a week I read so many threads but in the end it was worth it

              Glad I could help. Just keep up the good work and you will probably see more progress.
              This definitely sounds like a PF issue, so I would only kegel if you find your EQ lowers from doing RKs though this doesn't always happen.

              If my protocol helped any, feel free to write a review in it for other sufferers to know there is hope.

                Hans, did you return to PE after dealing with HF. Just out of curiosity.

                  I want to update the thread because since I last updated it some things happened. After having normal erections again I was dumb enough to ditch everything and return to fapping to porn, as you can already tell the muscle contractions after each time I came tensed my pelvic floor again and I returned to 0 real fast. I picked up the pelvic floor release exercises, yoga and split stretches again, stopped fapping and watching porn and after 3-4 days I was able to have erections without manual stimulation again, slowly morning woods came back and became stronger too, and I want to report another symptom I got, standing my erections were quickly falling down if I stopped touching my dick. So I basically fixed hard flaccid twice(the first time not completely but this time I will), and I guess I will need to do everything forever but its still better than nothing.

                    I said this in one post recently that a PF that got overtensed once... it can be overtensed again easier. Its like muscle memory.

                      Yep, given our experiences and seeing others, you will always be susceptible. Realistically speaking, the amount of time it took for someone to get to the point of tension (for some it can be 10+ years) is the amount of time it will take to completely reverse everything. Even if the symptoms go away, it can still very easily come back, could take a day, could take a couple months, but it probably will happen. Doing yoga 1x a day for the next 10 years is a lot better than hard flaccid. Plus, yoga's a good habit for anyone.

                        yeah thanks for replying, doing yoga everyday for some time its times better than not doing anything and not being able to get my dick up, Im glad and tbh surprised I fixed it in such short time, I remember when I first registered and saw threads of people who have it for months some even years and still cant get rid of it, but I think this is due to anxiety.

                          Yes anxiety keeps 24/7 ( well except the time when you are sleeping) a tension down there making it impossible to fully relax and get balanced.

                            this is very true, the only time when my symptoms werent bad was in the morning after I just woke up

                              I fully agree with you on that one,whenever I wake up my hard flaccid is gone for about 10-20 minutes which shows me that this is not permanent.
