      you are right, I didn't. but I still have hf symptoms. erection quality is not good and glands are not really that Hard during an erection. also, from what I've read, hard flacvid symptoms get worse after ejaculation because of the release of noradrenaline, which causes the penis to retract. u said u don't have problems getting an erection, which is a good thing but I do have trouble (with manual touch atleast). I don't see how having sex would improve it right now....at least from what I've read from people's experiences

      • because by not having sex and freaking out you're causing yourself even more tension (possibly).

        once i saw that my dick was working and bringing me pleasure i felt psychologically relieved in addition to the physical catharsis. like think about it, the ejacultaion is like a release of tension in itself.

          yeah you are right in that sense...but at the same time so many pplz continued to have sex and masterbate with hf early on in their condition and made it worse...it sounds like your HF symptoms aren't that bad...like you said u can get an erection easily.

            In some ways it will actually make it more difficult to recover than it could be.
            The guys with the elaborate cure are the long term guys who are responsible for creating and reinforcing hf hysteria which is actually the cheif cause of this condition.

              All the exercises, squats are great but they are really just causing guys to meditate obssesively over their penis.
              We have seen in the first semester that pe works.
              It can take your penis from a to b.
              Give your injured 4 weeks to heal.

                I agree man. I'm gonna give it 4 weeks. but at the same time, you always know you have an injury and it will cross your mind...especially since it's your sexual function.

                your basically saying to ignore it 100 percent which is impossible. I have neck and back pain and it's impossible to ignore it as well. anyways, I'm just asking how long it took to heal for you.

                        There are two kinds of hard flaccid case. Short term and long term.
                        Short term is a physical aftereffect of injury, long term is a severe anxiety issues.
                        It doesn't need lock but it needs a well signposted fork in the road.
                        Hf 3 months or less? Chill.
                        Hf 3 month or more? Submit application for drama school.
                        Big al its a recovery thread. People are going through the same shit obviously. For evere recovery there is a new victim. Hence the cyclical nature of the thread.

                          The first is a malfunctioning dick that can be dealt with practically, efficiently, calmly and with very little (bar the initial freakout) drama.
                          The second is a vastly elongated and dramatised version of the first.
                          And the elongation of the condition is representative of the dramatisation of the recovery.
                          Hence the duality or 'a bit of turtling' and 'chronic hf'

                            • I think everyone would benefit from a more concise thread that isn't confused by this VoodooChild & Friends vs m3232 debate. All of the good posts have been lost in a sea of posts disagreeing about the minor complexities surrounding a solid set of principles regarding healthy habits and rehabilitation for recovering the penis. Nobody who's freaking out about their hard flaccid wants to read a needless argument between people who seemingly are trying to help but are just cluttering the thread. Really all they should read here is that they're going to be okay as long as they take time and follow some simple instructions, as well as receive support from other sufferers.

                                I know I wasn't going to log back in here but I just couldn't help but congratulate you on uncovering the secret to health and well being where everyone else who has ever lived before you has failed. I mean what does Sarno know, Eric Robins MD, the creators of EFT, faster EFT, TRE, psychologists - they are only people who work at successfully treating these problems every single day of their life. They should have just skipped all of their lives work and training and spoke to you, PE Gym forum member M3232 - The Chosen One, The Messiah, The Cure. Who cares about the unconscious mind when you can so easily just calm your entire mind, body and soul by ensuring yourself this is simply a sprain and you have no underlying problems which you need to deal with. It's perfectly normal to spend your free time stretching your dick. Man I wish I had spoken to you 4 years ago instead of going through a long healing journey to wellness.
