Day 6 with firm flaccid. This last week has been completely hell.
Tried to take the edge off by going out with friends last night, but everything seemed unenjoyable. Even my friends asked me what was wrong. Last week I had sex with two girls and now my dick doesn't work.
I'm meeting up with a girl I've been seeing for 5 months just to get food. I told her about the situation and she's very understanding about it. We aren't dating exclusively, but she told me she loves me and I really care about her as well and she told me she hopes I get better soon. But seeing that this hard flaccid lasts for months, I don't see it ending well. Hanging out with her makes me feel happy at the moment, but once I leave I get extreme feelings of depression. Being intimate and forming a physical and emotional connection with a women is probably one of the greatest joys of life - that's why I'm scared to death.
Been doing reverse kegals a lot but no change. Doing some stretching and glute bridges with some yoga too.

Can you repost it. I will try everything possibleOriginally posted by cco View PostI'm not surprised you've still got it if you post here every day that you've still got it and all you're doing is...what are they called?...'reverse kegels'. You're looking for instant results, that's the problem. Need to give it time you won't heal overnight.Originally posted by MikeCares View PostDay 6 with firm flaccid. This last week has been completely hell.

Look mate, just scroll back through the posts for the last 3 or 4 months and read anything posted by VoodooChild, Steeviee or Rarara. Much of the stuff in the preceding years is irrelevant guesswork. Look at the link in Voodoo's signature and checkout the videos on his blog. Stretches and kegels will only mask the underlying cause. Stop worrying.

Update:
It's been one week with hard flaccid. I have some very strong medical connections and was able to get an MRI and penile ultrasound in one day today (crazy, I know). One of my friends dad is a MRI technician and I Asked him and he said no problem. That should take a few days or a week.
I was scheduled for an ultrasound and did that as well...I was only scheduled for a scrotum and pelvic ultrasound, but I asked the ultrasound technician to do the penis as well and I told him my symptoms and he was very open to it. The technician also happened to be a doctor. He was telling me that everything was normal in the doppler ultrasound - he was giving me feedback as he was doing it which was great. Blood flow was normal and no tissue damage.
Good news, but then again so many people have gotten doppler ultrasounds and found nothing.
I'm seeing a pelvic physio who has experience in dealing with hard flaccid so hopefully that works out okay.

People should start seeking andrologists instead of urologists to deal with this issue. They have more expertise. I have not found ONE post on the internet yet of a person with hard flaccid seeking an andrologist. I'm seeing a urologist next week - I'm going to ask for a refferal to an andrologist if they find nothing.

So I've become consumed with hard flaccid over the last week. I hope I can really help guys out get over it as I am trying to as well. There is obviously a mental component, but the reason you get mental issues from this problem is because of the physical issue. Here a list of things that I have read has helped guys:
1) Pelvic physio - this seems like a must. When you call them, tell them you have a rare condition and want to know if the pelvic physio has ever dealt with it. I talked to two physios over the phone and I could understand they understood what I was talking about. IF not, hang up and find another one.
2) TRE and Yoga (seems weird and not sure how it would work TBH but worth a shot).
3) PUMPING - seems crazy. I read two pplz used it and got over HF with this (pages 170ish or something). I bought a pump 2 years ago and never used it. If I don't get better within a few months, I may try it once. Very lightly though.
4) see an andrologist instead of a urologist
5) Abstinence is part of the process, but I question how abstaining for a long time may help recovery. There is literally no injury in the body, and I mean zero, where abstaining from physical activity for months results in better recovery. People are only put in casts if there is a break, which requires temporary immobilization. If your penis broke (which it hasn't), you would need to be immobilized. But some even argue that when you are put in a cast, you should move your surrounding muscles around slowly to prevent atrophy and decline in muscular fitness.
Lastly, its hard to say whether hard flaccid is the result of muscular damage/nerve damage or pelvic tension. Almost every nerve disorder I've learned in school has some sort of numbness/tingling symptoms to it and muscular damage almost always has some low-grade pain and discomfort. HF usually presents neither. I've read on some sites that it could be a fascia tear from the gland of the penis...but again, fascia strains result in pain or tenderness.
Good night for now

Guys, please ignore this post by MikeCares. He is new here and already thinks he knows it better than all the others. Please stick to the posts by VoodooChild for the real instructions on how to get better.Originally posted by MikeCares View PostSo I've become consumed with hard flaccid over the last week. @MikeCares Please keep reading this forum, the cause for HardFlaccid and how to get rid of it is already clear. No need to speculate and confuse new readers. The most important thing for you is to CALM DOWN.

it seems to me that there isn't any cut-and-dry explanation or solution at this moment. I have read lots of the more recent posts but aren't sure exactly what you are referring to.
Mike is just trying to help everybody out as much as he can. Let's try to keep a more collaborative tone in this thread please...
