yes there are mixed reviews for that.. I believe that it may help improve sensitivity if you have a fully functional unit...

As for my case I have seen almost no improvement. My penis flaccid is almost 5 inches long and i my girth is less than 1.6 inches. It is extremely soft and gushy. My urine stream is very weak and when i go to piss i get depressed just looking at it..

I took about 15mg of viagra today to experiment and it did improve the quality and duration of erection but till my glans doesn't fill up and i feel no pleasure at all masturbating... so the fact that i can possibly penetrate with aid of pills gives me some hope i guess but i dont want to get dependent on them at such a young age. Also the veins on the dorsal side of my penis are very narrow about a third of what they were pre-trauma..

@ voodoo child. well it said heal so I'm guessing in time after using it for a well it will fix sensitive problems and scare tissue. @ mikey88, im so sorry that you're going through this shit bud, but u cannot give up hope. if there is a will, its a way. u said u have scare tissue, so maybe by using that cream stuff it can get ride of at least some of it. who knows, if some of thats gone u might get some sensitivity back. I'll look for more stuff like that that may help. just dont give up hope!

some more information on removing scare tissue. this is a good guys the the op found something later on in the thread that started to thin his scares.

been doing some more research and i believe my scar tissue may be blocking a majority of one of the supply arteries if not pinching it, which may be causing a reduction in blood flow. My flaccid appearance is so soft, flimsy, and gushy, Im pretty sure 90% of my impotence is blood flow related

The thing is my scarring is on my tunica and there is no surgery to remove it as surgery will cause more scarring. I stretched it too hard which caused it to tear and scar tissue formed as a result. Will keep this updated..

just an update. Today i took 20mg of knock off cialis from iron dragon.com after doing a little bit of research on the site, and verifying its authenticity. So far there has been no improvements, my penis still feels dead, mushy, and lifeless. I will however monitor my nocturnal and morning erections. (That is if i have any).

Furthermore i found a doctor 3 hours away who is able to perform a cavernosogram. I may decide to get that done over the next couple of months as that would be my next step to recovery(if there is any hope).

WOW, this morning i woke up with a piss hard on like I used to pre trauma..
I waited 5 minutes before getting up after noticing it when waking up.
Then I walked 40 feet to bathroom and had to wait 40 seconds for it to go down so i could piss.

My EQ was fairly good but Still my glans is very soft and deflated.

I did have a lot of liquid before laying down last night and it could have been aided but that but the cialis is having a significant effect on my Erections.

I had a few randos during the day and experimented with myself, no homo to see how long the lasted.
My stamina pre Cialis was about : 0.3/10
My stamina after 20 mg Cialis: 2.7/10
* with 10 being pre Failed PE/Trauma

This is a drastic improvement, even though my glans issue is still unresolved and the same, but the fact that i may be able to penetrate now and have sex, even it its poor, is a sign of hope atleast...

I do have some tingling pains during my erections mostly on dorsal side.. I never Felt These Pre Cialis.
