Hi, I'm 25 years old and for the last three years I haven't been able to achieve a full erection and I'm slowly losing all feelings of pleasure besides pain in my glans. Any suggestions as to what may be going on would be highly appreciated since all the doctors seem stumped. I personally think there is a problem with the blood-flow to my glans.
I'd be glad to provide any further explanation if requested.
Symptoms:
Inability to achieve a full erection. Chronic pain in Glans and around frenulum scar. Inability to feel any pleasure from penis or orgasm (can ejaculate though). Loss of feeling in bladder, difficulty knowing when I need to pee. Loss of feeling in stomach and associated loss of hunger and fullness feelings. Headaches and inability to focus. Exhaustion and requiring large amounts of sleep. Tingling hands and feet. Difficulty going to the bathroom but it feels like food just passes straight through me.
(August 2013)Three years ago I was masturbating when I suddenly heard a snap. The day after, I could not achieve a full erection. A month after I went to the doctor, who said it was psychological and it would pass.
( November 2014)After one of the happiest years in my life, despite not being able to have sex, it still had not passed.( In fact, my genitals had started hurting and feeling was slowly getting less. My glans felt abnormally colder and my glans hurt, especially centered around my frenulum scar (it tore a few years before and had to be stitched).
(December 2014 - June 2015)I went to see a urologist. He did an examination with marker fluid. Conclusion: I had a blockage getting blood to my penis. After months of vein-widening medication it still did not improve (neither did any version of Viagra). The Urologist's only other option was auto-injection to achieve an erection. I went to see another Urologist.
(August 2015 )The next urologist did an echography on my penis and found I was born with only one vein providing blood to my penis. He concluded I could never be healed. When I asked him about the pain, he said it was normal and I should just get used to it.
(September 2015 - November 2015) I contacted a third urologist who did basically every test in the book without much avail. (tried Cialis, viagra, electrical current to see if thre was feeling, bladder test, blood tests,...)
(November 2015) During a bladder examination they discovered I had no feeling in lower abdomen. This was a recent thing, it was getting harder and harder to tell when I needed to pee. I was urged to contact a neurologist.
(December 2015 - January 2016) had an MRI done of my pelvis, spine and brain. I'm perfectly healthy. Blood tests showed that I had nothing out of the ordinary besides a lower mL than normal of vitamin D. Later that month my blood got tested again showing I had drastically lower amounts of Vitamin D (3mL when you're supposed to have 30mL). I also lost feeling in my stomach, I have no idea when I need to eat, the only signal is dizziness when I haven't eaten for a long while.
Somewhere here I started getting extremely exhausted and got more and more headache spells, tingling hands and feet and discomfort in the stomach/bowels area (the only sensation I could feel there)
March 2016: Waiting for a psychiatrist appointment since they think it might be psychosomatic. I'm skeptical because it does not explain the pain and lack of erection.
I'd be glad to provide any further explanation if requested.
