Probably going to be a waste of my money but I'm sick of this little pecker. The guy doing it has a huge office in Minneapolis so he seems legit. He doesn't promise anything and says nothing is permanent but says he has the best equipment blah blah blah. I already pump every day... have been for 2 years. And I plan on jelqing and pumping after the shot. Bout ready to say f#$k it and get the surgery

From everything that I've read and watched, it seems quite likely that one single Priapus shot will, most likely, do very little.

After watching a number of videos and reading a bit about the p-shot, it seems totally feasible to produce and administer PRP yourself. If you made your own prp then you would have all you want. Actually, the inventor of the p-shot has stated that he believes that whole blood can be used, but it will leave your penis looking very bruised.

If you make prp yourself:

You need a number of vials to hold the blood.

You need some anticoagulant.

You need an activator like Calcium Chloride.

A few syringes to extract your blood, and inject the prp into the penis.

You need to spin the blood at approximately 3000 rpm's for 10 minutes (each doctor does this a bit differently). So you could either buy a centrifuge or you could use an air tool with a special frame to hold the spinning vials.

Why not just get one of those penile implants that has an inflatable balloon inside, all you got to do is pump it up externally? Indeed, you could last longer than 4 hours.

I bought the centrifuge, the acd vials, the thrombin activator vials, tb needles, phebotomy sets,etc.. Injected last night noticeable difference. No bruising. Will perform again a week to a month. From what I've been able to read about prp it's actions show the best results in 1yr.
