All Day PE

I'm a firm believe in the Continuos PE Theory (doing PE at all waking times of the day) and I practice it as much as possible. I work from home and my fiance doesn't live with me (though that will be changing soon) so I have the ability to do as much as I want with generally no restrictions or interruptions. When I am out of the house, I try to grab quick stretches when I can and I wear a leather package strap to help keep my bulge big and heavy and to help prevent turtling as much as possible.

What are some things/methods/techniques that you guys do to engage in PE throughout the day, IF that's a thing for you?

I wear the Stealth during the day to keep from turtling as much. I have a job where I can take bathroom breaks as often as needed, so I do. Basically skip the urinal. Opt for a stall, then I can get in some decent static stretching and nobody is the wiser. Do my workouts at night.
