Are buzz cuts still attractive ?

I recently buzzed my head and haven't done so in years. Feels great , got a good hair line but do chicks dig guys with buzz cuts? And also how old is too hold for dudes to wear earrings in both ears. I'm 28 and had them in for over 10 years. It might be time to hang em up.

Donno about the buzz cut, I'm guessing that's just a personal preference; wrt the ear rings, I wouldn't worry about your age, Jimmy Buffet seems more popular than ever, and he's in his 70's...just sayin'....

On second thought re: the buss cut,...why not let your penis be your guide? If you're circumcised, buzz it; if your uncut, wear it "shaggy"! That way, BOTH your heads MATCH!

I live in an area that has a ton of military bases close by, almost everyone has a buzz cut or a shaved head. To me, it is perfectly natural. Can't comment on the earrings as I never got into that myself. I have some good friends that still wear them and part of me says that they are too old, (they are in late 40's) and then I say to myself, who cares. I still wear a wrist watch and that seems odd by today's standard, so who am I to comment. If, however, you are still wearing a gauge and nose rings, that may be a different story.

My forty year old son is a parole officer and wears a buzz cut because he has very curly hair and a buz is easier to care for. His eleven year old son also has a buzz cut for the same reason.

As with anything, it depends on your face. It usually works well with thinner heads along with a more pronounced jawline. If you have a round head and a fat face, don't go for the buzzcut.

Meh, had one for a few years.. When summer comes it's a lot cooler under the hard hat.. Personally I haven't done that for a couple of years.. If u know Jensen Ackles is, that's basically my cut, only a little bit shorter.. Women seemed to look more at me in the summer with the hair then without, I noticed more looks anyway.. And I have a head that looks good bald too.. One of the better things for me is to leave the ball hat home if going out.. Ear rings, not into them..

Buzzed my hair a couple times when I was a kid, like 13-14 because of a dare/bet. Never again.

I personally prefer my hair on the long side. About 6 inches in the front, and gradually shorter towards the back (albeit, still long). But not this new "taper/fade" crap that every dude my age has.

I personally think you have to find a style that you like, and own it.

I personally think that girls are very open to hairstyle, i think what is important for them, is that you keep it clean or tidy. If you like to wear long hair like me, it takes a bit of work, comb it, make sure it's not greasy and doesn't smell. That's why Some guys don't want to deal with that.

In the end, whatever hairstyle you choose, enjoy it.

I've been shaving my head for years. I also have plugs, aka. big earrings. The ladies have zero problem with it. If you are fit, attractive with a good personality, your haircut means almost zero. Some look better with hair, some look better trimmed. Either way, not sure, seem the ladies approve of either.

It feels cleaner, you don't have to pee about with it first thing in a morning before work and it doesn't get in your face when your doing exercise and sweating. Also harder for someone to grab if you get in a fight and doesn't get caught in power tools.

Exactly, I look just as good waking up as I do going to bed. I hate bed head. Then I have to shower before work. And with some hair I usually require hair gel. Sucks going to sleep with that in your hair. The only place I have hair longer than 1/4" is my armpits. Lol

I am, as long as it fits the person. I was visiting a friend at college a while back and I think every single dude was sporting the lumberjack look. Tough guy beard and hair, plaid shirts and boots. Doesn't work if you're 150 pounds of skinny suburban white kid who's never held a shovel in his life...
