I'm not sure why it matters, maybe we use 'averages' as a benchmark but we set our own PE goals. If it was revealed today that men of African descent are on average half an inch longer than those of European descent would it make you change your PE goals?

I think there is a reason why black people have larger dicks.

Literally every study has concluded that black men are in fact larger, some say it's marginal, some say there is a larger gap, but they all consistently agree that black penis is larger. If you want to you can ignore everything than doesn't agree which your view of how things should be, but it will not change the truth.

I do acknowledge that there are indeed some small black penises. The point of the experiment I outlined was to consider the frequency of encountering them.
