If its cheddar then it must be a good mature that crumbles as you cut it.

Pegman I'm here in Greece and never buy Feta, its ok during the summer with a big salad and very good in meat balls, cooked in a good tomato sauce, served up on a pasta bed.

I love Black olives do my own here in Greece but not this year they come on and all dropped far to early, we think it was very early rains ( lots of it caused lots of flooding and lots of damage) and warm weather that caused the problem.
