  • How do you gain limitless willpower?

I know its the most valuable resource of any human.

Some people have a big battery, others are small one.

Willpower works like a muscle, can you tell me how you gained so much?

I have a big lack of willpower, i can only do some things per day.

Then I get tired and have no power anymore.

You're confusing willpower with stamina. Stamina results from a desire to build your CORE (muscles, EQ, size, vascularity, libido). DESIRE is fueled by willpower. If your brain desires more CORE STAMINA, then willpower is the driving hormonal ingredient necessary to cause your body to undergo the fundamental changes necessary (exercise / PE) to satisfy (your Brain's) DESIRE, which ultimately results in improved STAMINA.
        Make SENSE?

Physical exercise begins with mental discipline. Forcing mental discipline to train is necessary starting out; but usually once you begin to see results, and exercise becomes a routine, then your mind / body will crave even more exercise to continue feeling more power and increases in testosterone, libido, muscles, and THAT yields STAMINA!

Well the first 90 days are the hardest right?
Can you recommend me some books about life change or self organisation?
I need a small plan to follow.

                    What are your goals?
How are the steps you are going to take in accomplishing them?
Are you going to stick with the plan you set, despite how you feel or the voices in your ,saying it won't work.
Will and desire have to line up so that desire to accomplish the goal or goal become greater than any opposition from your mind or outside opposition
If your mind is not set on what you want to accomplish it will never happen, you will find ways to not make it happen
                    Change begin on the inside
                    Imagination expands the mind

Could be diet, the brain needs glucose to keep going and when that runs dry or low, it could represent itself to you as becoming tired. ( http://www.brainfacts.org/about-neur...ood-as-energy/ )

Also, how are your testosterone levels? Many men's diet lack sufficient vitamin A, D, Magnesium, and Zinc---and these are also essential vitamins to produce natural testosterone.

The book is by Stephen Guise called "Mini-Habits."

This book helped me in the area of learning about willpower. You can get on Amazon.
