Aside from a chemical peel (dermatological procedure), I don't know of a way to lighten skin color (AND I DON"T think I would recommend that on your penis). I'm uncertain of what Michael Jackson did to himself to become a lighter skinned black guy in his later years, but I'd bet his penis was NOT part of that skin-tone transformation. You might try emailing Macaulay Culkin, but I doubt you'll get an answer....
