  • Venus Razors?

Anyone ever use one of these for PE manscaping?

I finally broke down and got one yesterday for about $11-$12 from Target. I got the Venus Embrace for sensitive skin, because I break out in razor burn very easily. Holy crap, these are awesome! I had heard good things about these razors before, a fellow sailor told me that some of his shipmates from boot would use them on their face to save time in the morning, but I never got around to trying them until now. I did not know what I was missing out on.

I like to keep myself pretty hairless down there for PE purposes, with either the pumper's circle or maybe a landing strip and hairless testicles at all times. With my old standby Gillette for me I could get the hair off but the razor gave more drag I would occasionally nick myself. That didn't happen with this new Venus razor. I got the job done, the little manual up keep, in half the time and with no problems.

What are your experiences? Ever venture into the woman's hair care aisle for your penis shaving needs?

I tried that already, this week in fact. I used two different versions of razorless hair removal cream and both times I broke out in a rash.

That sucks. I get rashes from so many products. Surprised that Razorless didn't give me one in the beginning.

I use my wifes Venus Razors and like them better than mach3 or other razors made for beard. There is one called Gillette Body, that is Male version of Venus Razors.

I'm a Mac 3 man, been using one for over 18 years and no complaints, as for nicks we all get them from time to time, its just apart of shaving from the first time we start on our face and our balls, and never anywhere else down below.

No I will stay with my trusty Mac 3.

I went from 1-2 blade bic, mach 3, quatro, and two 5 blade razors to a straight razor and old fashioned safety razor. I even us the boar's hair brush and mug soap for shaving cream. It's so much cheaper to buy a 5 pack of razors and I rarely cut myself, unless I use too much pressure or it goes dry. I just don't to use those razors on my balls.

If I do shave, I use Mac 3 after 'borrowing' my husband's once for my legs.... still don't know why that didn't go down well when he went to shave his face lol

Perhaps he had a tough beard? if so he would notice, yet I can make one last about 6 weeks face, body and pubs.

Which reminds me I must go and shower and shave, its been a polish on and polish off morning

I use the Gillette Fusion razor. It's always been great with all the flexes and pivots it's capable of. The added single razor on the back side is perfect for edging the sidewalk and it comes with pre-lubricated strips that help ensure everything goes smoothly

Try an antibactirial cream after you shave for the razor burn. Ive tried too many brands to count. Razor burn is a form/very low grade type.of staph infection. Doc told me to start using an antifungal cream and antibactirial cream and nipped it in the butt for the most part. Good luck!!!

Been using a cordless Norelco Body Groomer for years with great results. Unfortunately, the rechargeable battery just died.

Now I have to decide which direction I will go in going forward.

That's not it... and I use a liquid acne soap and witch hazel after I shave. The problem is I have a diagnosed skin condition that basically means I break out in rashes easily, so I have to be careful when I shave and use sensitive skincare products. Even now, I shaved my face last night and in the morning and my skin is still irritated. I'm going to have to let Tha heal before I do anything else.
