It's chronic urticaria, a condition where my skin breaks out in a rash and stays like that until the tiny blood vessels under my skin release the blood. It's a histamine reaction that can only be controlled with antihistamines and blood pressure meds, there's nothing homeopathy or anything over the counter can do for it.

But it's not really a issue except for when my skin gets scraped, like with shaving. The way the dermatologist tests for it is by scoring my skin and timing the reaction to start... I can literally draw detailed pictures and names on my skin and the raised image or name will last for hours, and still show up the next day. It doesn't hurt or anything and it's really more annoying... Plus I have to say out of the sun or I burn really fast.

Again, nothing I can do about it with shaving except for use the sensitive skincare items, be getting to with the razors, use redness fighters and cold water afterwards, and maybe take a Benadryl if it gets really bad.

Oh, yeah and this condition isn't limited to my face either. I have to be careful with PE too because I bruise so easy and it takes longer for my skin to heal. That's why I limit my routines to 30-45 minutes and train harder but less often.
