What's Your Favorite Cookie?

So, MrKimberly and I were having a conversation in the car last night that was kind of a contest - who knows the other one best. Yes, we're weird - and competitive. LOL

It became clear that we both know each other incredibly well... except what our favorite cookie is!

Now, to be fair, I think my response counts - because I said MrKimberly liked Pinwheels - they're marshmallow, on a cookie, whole thing enrobed in chocolate. But, he says he doesn't count those as cookies (Umm... they're in the cookie aisle!), so I said his next favorite would be molasses.

I was wrong. It's chocolate chip - but, specifically Nestle Tollhouse Chocolate Chip - made from the recipe on the back of the bag. No other will do.

I had no idea! LOL

He guessed mine was macarons. Again, being fair, I've been on a macaron-making kick for the last several months. I finally mastered these finicky little sandwich cookies - so, have been baking a lot of macarons... but, nope!

My favorite are iced oatmeal raisin.

McVities Digestives are my number one what us English call biscuits, sold all round the world even here in Greece, but my wife brought me back from the UK some McAllisters ginger biscuits covered in a real good dark chocolate as a treat for me, they are to die for.

Kim Pinwheels I think your find in the UK are wagon wheels there's a great skit by Dawn French and Jenifer Sarnders playing young children Dawn has a wagon wheel about the size of an LP, she shows it to Jenifer as kids will do the stuffs the whole thing in her mouth, as a thing kids will do and including the mouth open show.good for a laugh.

They are definitely similar to Wagon Wheels - but no raspberry jelly and the marshmallow is really thick - one cookie on the bottom - so like 1/5 cookie - 4/5 marshmallow.

Ooo! I do like lemon too! Girl Scouts had a lemon cookie a few years ago - it was like a lemon shortbread dusted with powdered sugar... I forget the name... anyway, I admit I polished off an entire box in 2 days, all by myself!
