Yeah, it was one of the highlights of that trip. And I get to remember every time I use those recipes.

Awesome, will look into this for the satisfaction of being me. May calm my OCD. Although, spent some time in several doctors offices lately, and the crooked posters and notices pasted on the walls in several rooms drove me up a wall. Why is it so hard to hand a poster or picture straight and level?

I even noticed that the guys that installed the flooring lost the square and the whole floor was off by 1/8". Really bothered me the lack of craftsmanship. Again, OCD kicking in. But I'm good on a regular basis. Just not OK if my work replicates this crap installation.

I love Italian Sausage, WITH Fennel seeds.
