There's no way 5.5" is average. Maybe I could believe 5.6" or so being average NBPEL, but not BPEL. 5.5" BPEL would rougly imply that the average penis size is about 4.4-4.9" NBPEL, which we all know isn't true at all, and it would probably be closer to the lower bound of that estimate as well, espeically considering the average US male is 5'9, 200lbs.

How do we know that isn't true? I'd trust imperfect studies more than any anecdotal evidence.

Keep in mind, people with below average length, the kind of people who bring down the averages and cancel out big guys, will never show you their penis as a goof, never shower in public, never do porn, probably aren't out there getting laid, and absolutely never tell anyone their secret. They are invisible, while people with above average size are very visible in society, especially the internet.

I also think I've read in several studies, that the ones who complained about having a micro penis or small penis were also excluded from the studies. If those were included back into the statistics, it would only LOWER the average. It would be nice to have the raw data from the studies to do a real analysis, or better yet, a once in for all, world wide, large group study with a campaign focused on educating men about what is really average, such that men of all sizes get measured.
