ok i want to know if anyone knows about ghosts or the dead.
i made my first contact 2 nights ago as i was lying in bed about to fallen asleep and i heard a weezing breathe as in someone struggling for breath so i tryed to turn around and i could not it felt like i was traped or tied down i even tryed to call out for my anty and i could not scream.. i opened my eyes to see a person lying next to me on the bed.
this scared the shit outa me.
so i was with a medium today and they told be i had the ability to contact theses spirits so she told me to get to books to read.

1) TALKING TO HEAVEN
2) heaven and earth

i only read 30 pages and im after learing alot already i cant think of the rest to learn now.
and it is now 1.30 am in ireland and as i am writing this message i am getin the sence /presence that there are spirits here watching me i am freaked out i guess cause im only 19.

Hey there, your whole description up until the part where you've seen someone laying next to you sounds like sleep paralysis. If you've haven't heard of it, you should look it up on the internet. Interesting topic. I've had sleep paralysis a few times. It's supposedly more common than you think.

yes i heard this to . but what has happened there was i was in a stare of mine where im half asleep and half awake but that dont explain me seen these and feeling there prescence its fuckin creapy i cant figure out weather go jst ignore it or what

hahaha sorry but you are just dreaming,
i have tried this many times, specily when i was younger,
i would feel like im awake, with closed eyes, and then i really feel something,
then i open my eyes, and then i see a monster or a ghost or something like that.

you are puttin to much in this Karl, belive me. if you just let it go,
you would never feel like this again. serious if you contuine like this, you'll die or something
going around beeing scared and feelinf insecure and unknown its not good, or healthy

Its called sleep paralysis. You're body is in sleep mode but your mind is awake. I'm assuming you were lucidly dreaming, a state where you don't know you're asleep and you can conjure up all sorts of beings with your mind. Look it up on youtube. For some people is a huge problem. Their body is asleep yet their mind is able to work. There's some haunting footage of a woman groaning because her eyes are closed and her mouth won't work. People tend to have what they believe are supernatural experiences as well. Hope this helps.

but guys here is the thing i seen a physic today she told me all about my family people who died and how without me saying anything she even brought this up me seen this being.
and she said i have the ability to contact them.

This is a panic attack. Plain and simple. Also, I might be going out on a limb here but Ireland is obsessed with ghosts, so I think its your culture a little too. I've been to Ireland a lot and every time I take a ghost tour and every time there are Irish citizens who try and convince me this ins't BS. I mean you guys raised Bram Stoker.

Also, being that your Irish my guess is that your Christian (probably Catholic or Protestant). The belief in ghosts and the fact that you can contact the dead would contradict all your religious beliefs (sorry if I am wrongly assuming you have them - but I never met an Irish citizen who didn't).

So anyhow...its definitely a panic attack and the more you worry about it, the more likely you will be to have another one. And if this "psychic" really can contact the dead...why is she working for a few bucks from a 19 year old guy. Shit, go work for the PD and solve some murders...I bet the city governments will pay a much better salary for that.

Psychics contact familiar spirits, familiar spirits are demons. Stay away from psychics. The thing in your bed is likely sleep paralysis. I have also had this happen alot.

You are scared and understandably so. Slow down and quiet your mind. I don't know what you experienced but I do know that you are ultimately in control of yourself.
Focus on what you know to be real in your life. Trusting in psychics does not sound like a good idea.
