I personally do believe in spirits. I believe that some (read: very, very, few, but definitely some) people have the ability to contact the super-natural. Many psychics that claim to do so are probably out to rob you of your money, so beware. If you find some more repetitions of this event and you can confirm that its simply just not sleep paralysis, then you might want to explore into the other possible answers.

Oh, and in the case that you do have supernatural powers, can you tell me if my dick will ever grow to 7" x 5" ?

Some years ago a spirit with the same way tryied to kill me.I was awake and feel everything even watch for real but with out my eyes.After that I understand that my eyes were closed but what I saw was excactly what I saw after opened them.The spirit or something I dont know what pussed my heart and had some kind of heart atack.It was the first time in my life that I was sure I was going to dye.Every second felt like a hundred years and the pain was worst than the second before.I talk about huge pain...After some minutes I managed to take control of my body move and wake up.Then I started runing in the house to see If I steel pain a little as before.I had nothing.The same time I woke up all the pain vanished.I too could not move or scream but I was awake and after I woke up of bed I understand that my mind was awake from the begining...Very scary story for me...

some advise for many search I have done.It is sayid that it is an old woman called .... I dont dare to.Any way she comes when you sleep as a old or a very beautiful woman that has a neckerchief.Be aware that she is going to ofer it to you.If you dare to take it then she will come in another day trying to take it back and she will kill you while you are sleeping.There are many storyies on internet from men dying after taking the neckerchief.The best you could do is to close your mind eyes and not give her or take from her anything.Dont afraid just continue sleeping and put in your mind what is going to be done it is going to done,you cant change it...

Ive had this happen to, im half asleep then I feel somthing or see somthing but when I wake up I know it was all in my head.

But im going to throw this out there since were on the subject, I HAVE heard voices in my house befor, like directly in my room, it said a quick 2 word's and was gone and the word's were directly related to what I had just done. I litterally did not sleep at all that night but since then ive herd nothing.

I used to have experiences with night terrors. I'd hallucinate in this half dream state. Most commonly I would see spiders float down to my bed. I would be dead certain they were real but when I threw the light on I saw nothing. Your mind is a powerful thing.

I saw one without actually seeing one this one time. Me and a friend were out on the middle school's football field about to smoke (as in had not yet). We watched as just one of the uprights was shaking on the field goal. We thought it was a bird/bat or something. So we walked up to it, watched the one upright keep shaking. We hit the post; nothing. Then I said, "What if this is something, like, supernatural?" It stopped. Immediately. We got terrified and walked/ran away.

The most ridiculous part about supernatural belief to me, is the fact that most people who believe in this have really strong religious beliefs too. And the two beliefs are in complete contradiction.

I've seen a ghost. Little veiled figure appears at my old friends farm, the house is 400 years old. Had his full grown german shepard dog going berserk. Also, someone phoned my grandpas house, a guy picked up the phone and said "sorry hes away on holiday" the woman asked who was speaking and he said "its Mr McGee". When my grandpa returned from hols and heard this, he just said, "thats most peculiar, we bought the house from Mr McGee, he died years ago". My gramps was a very religious man, and he didn't even bat an eyelid. When i used to stay there i'd have really strange dreams, and they told me after they sold it, yeah the house is haunted.

I think its wrong to say Karls crazy. He possibly was visited by a spirit, in his sub-conscious. Its far more likely for a ghost/spirit whatever, to visit your sub-conscious, than actually appear on the physical plane.

I'm not saying he is crazy at all. But the fact that he couldn't scream but he wanted to etc...this has happened to me and it was a panic attack or a lucid nightmare. Its really common especially in young guys. So I think to lead him to believe he was visited by a spirit is wrong too and will only make his anxiety worse and lead to another incident.

ok guys im reading up on books atm . about this i will take into account that you think it was a night terror but the fact been is that i did not go asleep. i only turned my tv of and put my back to the wall and this all happend..
like i do think that we all carry around souls. but see i think it is all to do with what your open to . if you see that we are not the only beenings on the planet your world will open up things you tought were fake have the chance to be true, what im sayin is if you beleave trust your gut feeling and follow that advise

Good point Sg. I was just going to make that.We can't prove our dicks get bigger but we've got ghosts! Let's see what happens when your dead.If there is no afterlife, than your just gone,inate, like a rock, nothing, nada etc. You cease to exist!Now let's say there is an afterlife. Well that leaves us heaven and hell. If heaven is what we think it is why would anyone want to leave and come back to visit? If is is the most wonderful place, just joy and peace and contentment well hell I ain't coming back for a visit. The loved ones I left behind, well I don't need to go see as if heaven exists there then is no time there. Those that are there, that have become part of all that went before them, know that there loved ones will be with them in a instant, although to us humans it may seem like 50 or 60 years.Now if your in hell, well he ain't gonna give you a weekend pass;he just doesn't seem like the type! My kids watch ghost hunters, all these people sitting around old houses waiting for the coolness of a passing spirit or the jump on some electric guage (of course they know that you can find a ghost with some kind of electric meter). The cool breeze is probably a draft and the meter moving is pobably some guys microwave 2 blocks away and the instrument is just sensitive to pick it up! Amen
