The first thing I gave you inluded the science studies there is your proof . As to what any member wishes or can be bothered to supply you is up to themOriginally posted by 18x13goalreached View PostI don't think we should label asking for evidence as knocking?
A claim is being made that a lot of people could benefit from its only reasonable to be skeptical until its proven.
This thread is bigger than just this pe forum
If a guy can lift his test 60% it's valuable to many people.
Recording in detail the process would be great.. if its true.
If he posts screens and a process i will mimic everything he does for 6 months and let you know if it works for me.
Also if he knows its lifted by the exact number it means the paper work is on hand?

that's one example...
Multiple would be much better..
You know its crazy but just because it worked for one or two people it doesn't mean it works for everyone..
Where as trt has about a 99.6% strike rate for success.
If you like i'l show you the studies?March 2020 13.8 (BPEL) x 10.5 cm (5.4 x 4.1) --- 18 (BPEL) x 13.5 cm (7.1 x 5.3) september 2020
march 2021 19cm/19.5(BPEL) x 13cm (7.5x5)

There is any amount of evidence of any type you want all over the net if you ccan be bothered to look.
Seems to me from the start you are entrenched in drug culture .
Any member not entrenched in drug culture can follow the links or do their own research . Those that are into drug culture will no doubt keep doing what they do.
In short stop wasting my time.

"waste of time" is a great choice of words.
Be more than happy to dissect studies of "natural test lifting" if you post links..
In the mean time i'l be waiting for that paper work..March 2020 13.8 (BPEL) x 10.5 cm (5.4 x 4.1) --- 18 (BPEL) x 13.5 cm (7.1 x 5.3) september 2020

So your not going to provide any links then? cool.March 2020 13.8 (BPEL) x 10.5 cm (5.4 x 4.1) --- 18 (BPEL) x 13.5 cm (7.1 x 5.3) september 2020

You have been provided with links to science studies containing hundreds of subjects as well as personal accounts by members . You have even had a member provide you with copies of personal medical info . It will never be enough because you want drugs .Originally posted by 18x13goalreached View PostSo your not going to provide any links then? cool.
You have wasted more of my time than you deserve .
Any amount of info on this all over the net as I have repeatedly said . You want it go find it we have done more than enough hand feeding for you .PegasusLast edited by Pegasus; 12-16-2020, 08:53 PM.

OK so lets go over the links in your thread.
Conclusion
Weight loss from lifestyle intervention resulted in significant decrease in total and free estradiol in frail obese older men, but this did not result in clinically important increase in total testosterone nor a significant increase in free testosterone. Thus, alternative forms of treatment in addition to lifestyle intervention may be necessary to improve the hormonal profile among these patients. However, whether further improvement in hormonal profile would result in better physical performance than what can be achieved by lifestyle alone in these subjects, remains uncertain.
????
So lets see in study 1 there was a 15% average increase in test
??

your link.. which suggests if you sleep over 8 hours your test level will go up..
Simply untrue.
Here is a study showing an average 25% increase in test from vit D supplementation
Our results suggest that vitamin D supplementation might increase testosterone levels. Further randomized controlled trials are warranted to confirm this hypothesis.
?? literally says as a conclusion "it might increase" remember these are your links.

Please label the quote in this study that confirms vitamin d and test have a link?

No paper work?
These are the links your referring too?
With in your links there is no concrete evidence that suggests its even lift-able with out trt?
I'm more than happy to have this conversation if you see something different to me?Last edited by 18x13goalreached; 12-17-2020, 06:50 AM.March 2020 13.8 (BPEL) x 10.5 cm (5.4 x 4.1) --- 18 (BPEL) x 13.5 cm (7.1 x 5.3) september 2020

More with the knocking and trying to negative spin. Love the bit where you simply deny the studies.Originally posted by 18x13goalreached View PostOK so lets go over the links in your thread.

you lifted it 50? that's like 20%?
and its still under 300?
and Pegasus all i did was dissect your research?
Where there is no definitive correlation between diet exercise and lifting your levels?
Isn't that what these threads are about?
If your going to blindly defend it maybe post something that backs it?
I mean you can call me a druggie if it makes you feel better but its not changing the fact there isn't any research to back your claims?
I don't know the conversions but i think that's about 2 n/mol
I think its something close to starting at 7 or 8 and getting it to 9 or 10n/mol
Congratulations btw even 20% is amazing without trt.
I could post actual research that backs the fact you can lift it between 10-20%
But as far as iv'e researched that's about as good as its going to get.
Some outliers may get 20+ but its not common with out trt.
It's a medical procedure for a reason.
If your level is already healthy 10/20% is a great lift
If you starting low already its really not going to help all that much.Last edited by 18x13goalreached; 12-17-2020, 11:39 PM.March 2020 13.8 (BPEL) x 10.5 cm (5.4 x 4.1) --- 18 (BPEL) x 13.5 cm (7.1 x 5.3) september 2020

All i'm asking is you label the definitive research that states it can be lifted by 50% or more?
I couldn't find any in those 7 pages.Last edited by 18x13goalreached; 12-18-2020, 06:57 AM.March 2020 13.8 (BPEL) x 10.5 cm (5.4 x 4.1) --- 18 (BPEL) x 13.5 cm (7.1 x 5.3) september 2020
