I've always been more of a shower. Granted before PE I had a large flaccid by normal standards and was somewhat visible, less so when I was heavy. Now after PE, my flaccid is larger than ~70% of guys erect size and I've got large, roughly Grade A Large Egg sized balls and it makes my bulge more niticeable.
My standard work attire is basically golf shorts or golf pants and I always have a visible dick print to the right. I try wearing it to the left sometimes which is less visible but he always takes the path of least resistance and ends up going right. Jeans are usually snugger on me due to massive muscular thighs and but, basically I wear standard cut jeans like skinny jeans and even loose jeans look like normal jeans on me.
In jeans I usually stretch the denim to the right a bit to make them more comfortable and over time my jeans wear with extra room for comfort to the right. Express now makes a kind of stretch denim for guys and they have a couple larger fits in them, they are a game changer. They look great, are comfortable, and while obvious to anyone looking my bulge isn't obnoxious.
I've had the bulge checking conversation with a handful of women and most of them say they don't check until they are interested in a guy. I've also noticed a good number of women check out my bulge, but women are generally much better at checking someone out than guys are. Guys stare, women glance, usually. I do remember the time my friend's wife first noticed it, we were playing couple's fouseball and we had been drinking, she stared for a solid ten seconds and missed a shot, haha.
My fiance occasionally notices it and points it out, or just pokes it. We even talk refer to it as #bulgeproblems.
