Iv been doing alot of Kegel exercises and one of my threads has mentioned.Through trial & error Iv found different possitions to do that will focus on single muscles.
#1."The Captain Morgan": Just like Captain Morgan on the rum bottle elevate one leg by steping up on a box,a step or a chair so you have the Captain Morgan stance.Then do 30 4sec. Kegel contractions and you'll feel the muscles that attach to the underside of the pelvis working harder than the rest of the pelvic floor muscles.Do 30 then reverse the stance then do 30 more.Rest for 5 minutes and do the next type.
#2."Wide Squat":Squat down as far as you can go,you should feel a little pull on the tendons in your groin but there shouldnt be pain.Feel you perineum and the skin will be tightand you'll be able to feel where all the pelvic floor mucles sit.Do 30 4 sec. Kegel contractions.Rest for 5 minutes.
#3."Asses & Elbows":This might make you feel alittle gay but I invented it and trust me Im not gay.Get in a possition where your ass is in the air and your elbows and forearms are on the ground supporting you.Put your forehead on the ground so you can look underneith you and see your penis.If your doing it right you should see your penis & balls contract,liftup and pull in slightly and you will feel it especialy at the base of the penis.Do 25 quick Kegel contractions.
And your done.
Total Kegels contractions done=115
