I'd like to know as much as possible about all the consequences (and perhaps dangers) of ejaculating too often.
I love masturbating, but I'm curious about what is healthy and what not. I think many men ejaculate way too often wich gives them poor health (because they lose a lot of minerals).

Perhaps also mention what you can do about it .. take supplements what so ever (and yes: masturbate less) ..

I will just give you my personel experience. The few times I have whacked the weasel too much I had trouble getting it up for a while, I felt tired and lazy and I needed a cigerette. I do know that once a day hasnever been an issue for me but now that i am married and my wife is sweetheart we go like rabbits and I dont feel it has hindered my gains. We average about 4 or 5 times a week.
I know sex and beating off arent quite the same but the end result is. It can lower your testosterone levels breifly.

it lowers your testosterone, it brings on chemicals that are relaxers and suppressants, and while it offers a slight boost for a short span of time, the suppressants stay in your system for a day or more (from what I read).

You make yourself less physically capable and less "happy" when you masterbate too often...

And as an ultimate slap in the face, excessive masturbation (and its side effects) makes you less attractive to women! They don't even have to know you masturbate. When you beat it too much, you are just a less confident, less outgoing, less aggressive person in general. LOL!

To Add:

The saddest part is that you also program yourself. You don't feel like you have to work to get sexual satisfaction. If you get rejected by a girl you can go home and beat it. When you feel like, in order to have an orgasm, you HAVE to go out and get it from a woman (or man if that's your flavor) You'll be more motivated to make it happen,and the elevated levels of Testosterone make you more of an Alpha Male than you otherwise would be.

During my puberty i could really bust nuts 6-7 times a day .. I have red cheeks (it could be rosacea, not sure) .. When I don't masturbate I feel my skin getting stronger (it could all be in my head). I've red that you lose important minerals via your semen. ..
When I masturbate often, my skin gets really red (probably bloodflow), but I also feel very tired ..

I know masturbation is healthy if done 2-3 times a week like Steve23 said. But I always feel so lazy and lifeless when I do it .. I know, just quit with masturbation .. But then after 2 days I feel that urge again.

I'm really glad i've found this site, I can feel already my dick is becoming healthier/stronger. (the gains are a nice side-effect )

I ejaculated multi times a day for many years with no problem ,I suspect this ejaculate less thing is based in religion. If you are worried about minerals supplement.

I'm gonna be short about this cause I think it can be a very sensitive subject for some people .. I'm not really a religious person .. I do believe in something but not the whole package .. I'm more of a "I want proof-person" ..

I hear ya on the 'it sucks the life energy out of me' part. Semen is widely believed to contain some of your spirit &/or energy. I'm a big martial arts enthusiast, and in some of the more internal arts (energy-based) such as T'ai chi ch'uan they believe either in celibacy, or not having sex very often. This is usually due to them not wanting to lose their 'chi'. It's because of this that I try to be wary when cumming. _ A kung fu master that I want to train under (I believe) often recommends (to American students) to try to refrain from ejaculating for a month when first beginning training!
