    The title says it all. and I mean supplements in general, for health.

      I have no problem being with just one woman, but I can't not eat all the donuts.

          I have been taking a general men's mutli-vitamin and our house was just rampaged by bacterial infections and I was the only one who didn't end up on anti-biotics.

            Whey protein. Simple, effective and can be added into a shake of your choosing for either gaining weight or supplying a semi-meal on the go.

                  ^ This, When I remember to keep taking a daily men's multivitamin, everyone in my house gets the annual cold/flu but me. When I forget to take them, I catch whatever they have. Also helps promote a faster metabolism so good for dieting/weightless as well.

                    100% Whey protein, creatine monohydrat, fish oil (omega 3) and multivitamin Used to take zinc, but used it up. It's expensive here.

                      Those are also recommended a lot. I've did some research and I found out that a consumer organisation of the Netherlands had found cancer-activiting ingredients in gingko and ginseng???

                        In not sure. Some yrs back I was prescribed them and after researching them and finding what all they good for stayed taking them.the fish oil that is

                          Do you have a link to that research? Those are both pretty safe herbs with over a 1000 studies done a piece on them, most saying they are more then safe. If it was done on animals then I automatically discount it.
