Hey guys I've had a circumcision 3 days ago so I was wondering if some of you who had it can give me an advice or two what to expect in next couple of weeks of recovery and what to do to relive pain and speed up healing etc... As of me for now recovery is going pretty well, I don't feel too much pain, my biggest problems are unwanted erections but it's something i used to so far. The thing that concerns me is swelling between 2 stitches, it looks like a 'bubble' of skin that has 'popped out' in the place where skin should be tightly collapsed. Doctor said that's ok and part of recovery process but still I'm concerned a bit.
I'll appreciate any advice and will inform you of progress. Thanks

I'm most likely going to get circumcised myself very soon.

What kind of cut did you get? I'm pretty torn on the issue with all the choices of high/low, tight/loose and whether to keep the frenulum.

Anyways keep me updated.

Wow, amazing impressive gains! I always wanted to be cut and am still anticipating on that day I go under the knife, but not until I see some gains. I also hope you have a fast recovery.

Ok I've just came from my check up at hospital, doc said recovery is going very well, as for swelling he said it's nothing to worry about, he was joking and said 'You should be grateful with this swelling and lumps if You know what I mean'. Anyway everything still hurts and bothers in doing everyday jobs, but it's only 5th day from surgery, i think it's going to be much better in a week or so. I'm aware it'll take some 2 months at least till full recovery but I'm patient, time will fly by. Tomorrow i intend to get back to work and I'll be in touch every couple of days with reports and results. Cya

Amazing tbh i didn't really had a choice what kind of circumcision to do so i can't help you with that, try to inform better by other means, as of frenulum, i think my stayed intact but it's hard to tell since i still have vaseline gaze on. My condition was such that I could retract my foreskin all the way back in flacid and also (but with quite a lot of lubricant) in erect state, but then it was tight behind glands, however my frenulum wasn't making that even tighter so I wasn't insisting on cutting it. I don't know, You should decide what to do considering your condition and will, I've read on wiki that the frenulum was reported to be cut in 26.7%, 20%, and 33.33% of circumcised patients in various surveys so u should take that into consideration as well. Wish you best of luck with your circumcision, and grats on gains, what kind of routine you do i was thinking of doing that 90 days beginners, can u recommend something?

Rock, A note. I was cut at 6 mo. and thankfully he didn't cut me tight. I still have some frenulum,which is great.
I've researched circ and what I found is that the inner foreskin is gone also. I wasn't aware of that aspect.
Another thing about skin is that when fucking, the skin stays in your partner and the inner penis does it's job.
A very different feel, for you and your bud. It's my experience that a tight cut feels hard and needs a lot of lube to be comfortable.
You also need that skin to accommodate your bigger dick. And we all want that!!!

Tonight i was looking for some web pages containing information about recovery after procedure and came across this site which i've found very helpful One Man & His Adult Circumcision - Intro Page.
As for me it's my 9th day post surgery, thank god the pain relieved, however it itches like crazy. On Tuesday i intend to remove all the stitches and vaseline gase, and after that done i hope for speeding up of recovery.

Circumcision

Hi guys, I just got my penis circumcised a few weeks ago, 5th of sept to be precise. And this is my experience of it, hopefully it will give you an insight to what its like, or maybe help you decide whether or not you want it.

Firstly, when i got to the surgery, felt quite weird to have your schlong out infront of some surgeons. But all was fine, they are really good at keeping you calm. I was circumcised under a local anesthetic, so i was wide awake during the whole op, which lasted about 1.5 hours. Thing was they had the bed reclined so i could watch, so i had it put down flat otherwise i would faint looking at all my blood oozing out! Anyway, the only pain i actually felt during the whole operation was, and kid me not, the needles injecting me with the anesthetic. it was painful cuz they were injecting the base of my penis, probably in the vein!

Anyway they started chopping away and i was talking away for obvious reasons, and i asked if the operation had started cuz i was worried i will feel pain (was my first type of surgery) then the nurse said well the frenum has been cut, i was like what? I ACTUALLY DIDNT FEEL A THING.

I had a mid circ, which uncovers the whole head, and the skin is stitched at the bottom of the head, about 5mm away from the head. The other types i was offered was a loose circ, which there would be no point having circumcision if you wanted it loose because lots of foreskin is still left. And another was a tight circ. I was advised not to go for this, because its the most painful, and has more complications. The skin is cut and stitched around mid way from the base to head. So when you get an erection there is more chance of it stretching and therefore you feeling pain.

Anyway a few days passed, and i always got erections in the middle of the night, and in all fairness i had never felt any pain, all i felt was tightening from the bandages, which didnt help because it stopped bloodflow and then the penis just stayed erect for ages. Had to think of things to prevent this.

In my first salt bath, i was kinda afraid to take the bandages off, but it was ok, there was hardly any blood which was a relief. there were about 14/ 20 stitches... i was shocked. I came out of surgery thinking, "ah there will only be about 4 stitches" lol. I applied the guaze pads with vaseline as instructed for 2 weeks, but gradually some stitches started falling out in the shower, i think one of them i accidentally tagged off which was caught in the pad. ouch!

On the second week i thought EF this, so cut them out and pulled them out.. But it had all almost healed by then, so thought if i take them out while its still healing then i wont get any stitch tunnels in the skin.

Now it has literally healed and im at the end of the 3rd week/ beginning of the 4th week. Only thing is where the frenulum was, there is still some slight swelling there... im hoping that will go. The rest is fine.

So if you are thinking of getting it, then go for it, its temporary discomfort for a lifetime of good penis.

Ok it's 3 weeks since i got cut and finally i can say things are going better day by day. All the stitches were out a week ago and last crust i've had fell off yesterday after taking a salty bath. It looks and feels so much better than before, however i'm still concerned because there is still quite a lot of swelling where the cut line is, but not as much as it used to be so i hope in the next couple of weeks it'll be fine. My circ style was low and loose and expected recovery for that one is longer than for high and tight, so in 2-6 months i'll be able to see final result. If i had any doubt about was this the right choice they're all gone now, i'm more than happy that i did it and all of you guys who are thinking yes or no i say don't think, go and do it, you won't regret. Now i intend to finally start doing some PE, probably 90days beginners,but i'll wait til beginning of the new year, it still needs to heal properly. I'm 5,7'x5' NBP so my primal goal is lenght, and i would appriciate any advice about exercises for best results in lenght gains.

So...why exactly would anyone wanna be circumcised? Or, what were the reasons you decided to get, or are thinking about getting circumcised? I don't knock anyone for it, but I have learned alot about it all, and now feel that I wish I had never been cut.

My circumcision is basically founded on religion.. It's not that I don't like being cut, I actually like it (I don't know if I'd survive having my sensitive head touch the cloth of my underwear when I get hard and my foreskin would retract). And besides, I was circumcised when I was about 10 years old, and circumcision being a tradition, of course I did not really ask much about why and how it is done.

The only regret that I have is that I no longer remember the feeling of being uncut, unlike most of you guys here who are at least in their teens and can still recall the feeling of an uncut dick. Good thing, though, that my doctor let me keep my frenulum intact, at least I am still super sensitive somewhere there.

My operation was done by laser. The doctor sort of burnt a straight line above my foreskin so there's is a ring probably one or two centimeters below my glans, and there is a bunch of skin underneath the shaft, which actually was my foreskin. It's not the most beautiful dick in the world, but it's one of the most beautiful ones in my country.

See, I am restoring mine, and I yearn to know what that feeling is that you (wants9by7) could still have on your glans if you are not circumcised. I actually have a very long and pronounced frenulum, and it is not only in place all the way down to my circumcision scar, but it is also still highly sensitive. I am lucky, most of my friends don't even have theirs, and I know several uncut guys that just don't have much of one either. I guess I am lucky, but I feel luckier that I found out about restoring.

Since I no longer know the feeling of being uncut, I don't know how to compare the feeling on my glans. All I know is that it is less sensitive, but it still is sensitive. I mean, cut or uncut, the male genital glans is meant to be sensitive anyway, not to mention having my frenulum intact.

Probably, one difference I can tell is that my glans is consistently dry as compared to uncut guys and their glans having some cheese-like substance to keep it moist inside. I know anatomically that men are meant to produce such substance since all men are born uncut, but hey, I am circumcised and I am happy about it. In fact, I am circumcised, I PE and I am happy!
