You've definitely had a hard time from my perspective, even though I have no idea who you are makes me feel good knowing there's another person out there who's found a way to deal with their shit.

I do lack exercise in my life, I keep thinking "yeah I'll start again tomorrow" been 3 years since I hit the gym...can't even be arsed to do some push ups or sit ups at home....tomorrow...you will be DEFEATED haha

I do fast though..have done most of my life...probable reason I've never been over weight and always had abdominal muscles ....although more like a 2 pac than a 6/8/12 pac right now.

I have suffered anxiety a few times, mostly when I'm in a big crowd with really noisy music..(I'm really into D&B and Jungle so its unavoidable )

Whats always go me through it....and always made me laugh and lifted the anxiety ...I see seriously bad dancers, look at them and think...they must have an ipod and earphones..cause they aint dancing to the music I'm listening too!!

Next time I'm unhappy...I'll use your philosophy for sure.

Check out Convict Conditioning. I downloaded CC I and CC II along with all 5 videos from thepiratebay (it's thepiratebay.tn for now) and been working with the New Blood program for a year now. I lost 30lbs and put on a little muscle while I went from doing easy wall pushups to almost being ready for half one arm pushups. It really works great but you have to adhere to the less is more approach and give your body enough time to recover. It's not like weight training where you can isolate some muscles. No, with calisthenics you work your whole body using various angles and you'll really feel it in your core the next day. There's also less stress on the joints which I like a whole lot better than weights.

Oh man, you should have been to the bar I went to on New Years. Some girl got up there for karaoke and started twisting the lyrics around to be about her cheating ex boyfriend contracting an STD and his infected rod. I shit you not, she actually used the term "infected rod" over the lyrics of some country song. It was unreal. And it seemed like I was the only one that found it hilarious and shocking, because I was sober the whole night.

Sounds really interesting the convict conditioning...I used to love hitting the weights hard...but I realised soon after a few injuries that its not a good method just to look large....I've got to use my joints all the way up to 100 years old maybe so I need to respect them.

Would of been awesome to witness that, oh man I love seeing people completely embarrass themselves and the people with them....long as they don't see me laughing at them..."laughing with you, honest" haha

I don't think I've ever gone out to a place that's sells alcohol and not partaken ...I'm weak :S
