I consider myself a normal guy. I've got all my body parts, I'm pretty smart, and I've got a computer.
- I found the PE Gym
- I did the reading and the research
- I began the beginners program
- I believed wholeheartedly in the beginning,,,,even though I'm naturally a skeptic
- I liked the way I felt
- I liked the results I began to see
- I took it further with pumping
- Once again # 5 & #6
- I began to believe because results do not lie
- I kept up with my PE training
- I continued in my quest for more and more knowledge
- I used a lot of common sense in my training and thinking
- I compared notes with my fellow PE'ers
- I went deeper into my PE adventures with Rolling and Clamping
- Once again # 5 & #6
- Needed to be innovative so I devised contraptions that worked from kitchen tools!
- Good gains still happening as well as results that make a difference in my life
- Still going strong and not losing interest after 3 years plus
- Still involved and interested in new and also improved methods of gaining
- Sitting here wondering why there is such IGNORANCE as well as STUPIDITY coming from people and doctors
I was just searching for some stuff on the web, and there are still people and organizations that just flat out say that you CANNOT gain anything and it's just bells and whistles and cosmetic. BULLSHIT!!!!!! (x1,000,000)
Now, that is not the same as people coming on the gym asking if PE really works. These are just people interested in getting a bigger "WHAMMER" without wasting their time.....and it's understandable.
The so called web "studies" are just plain crap. What do you say???
