Yup we all are one day, except for me if I can help it. And if I do die I don't want to die in perfect health. I mean I wanna be sick.

I went to a wake the other night and I kept hearing the widow say that her deceased husband never had a sick day in his life. I quietly said to my wife that his only sick day must have been one helluva sick day because look at him now. She wasn't amused.

As I sat there I thought what would I want my last meal to be before I went? Wings? Prime rib? Ice cream? Well then it hit me. If I have to go I want to go after I just finished a piece of nice sweet corn with just the right amount of butter and salt. Now that's a way to go.

What do you all want before you go to your just reward? ( which for some of you I wouldn't look forward to)

Surf & turf:-nice prime 8oz. filet, medium rare, fresh lobster tail & plenty of REAL butter, side of prawns, more REAL butter, Stuffed baked potato, with of course, MORE REAL butter! Dessert? A fresh coconut cake that's been soaked with fresh made-from-scratch pina~colladas (including a fine Ron-Rico white rum)...just like my grandmother used to make! Heaven or Hell?.... I'm ready!

If I knew I was finally going to meet my maker, my last request would be very modest...I'm not a very fussy eater.

For a starter a Red Denia prawn cocktail made with Marie Rose sauce, little gem lettuce, tomato chutney, Worcestershire sauce, creamed horseradish, Tabasco sauce, snipped chives, dusted with paprika and drizzled in lemon juice.

For the main course, a prime piece of medium rare filet mignon covered in creamy English peppercorn sauce with crispy sauteed potatoes, Amsterdam carrots, Earlivee sweetcorn and petits pois.

For dessert, a Tiramisu soaked in the finest Amontillado sherry followed by peppermint cream filled Teushur chocolate as an after dinner mint.

All washed down with a bottle of Domaine de la Romanee Burgandy wine.

For a last meal I would want a half pound burger with chilli sauce from my local cantina.

My last moments I would just want some human contact, holding my hand.

As long as it's not a painful one I'll be happy. My grandmother died of intestinal cancer which was horrible to see her slowly starve to death because she couldn't eat. Anything but that, I love eating, it's my favourite after drinking!
