    Hello everyone. I'm a 24 year old who has been doing PE for about 3 weeks now. I've lurked these and other PE forums and decided to try PE because I figure the worst that could happen is playing with my penis for a half hour everyday. I'm not small and haven't had any size complaints from women, but I have been dealing with depression and weight gain that has severely effected my confidence and EQ. I've had really good progress on the weight loss front but I'm still overweight and would like to improve EQ and size to help boost confidence and increase penis health.
    Start
    BPEL: 6.75-7"(not a good measurement)
    BEG: 5ish (not a good measurement)

    Current (4/10/2018)
    BPEL: 8"
    MSEG: 5.375-5.45"


    Goal
    BPEL: 8"+
    MSEG: 6"

    Welcome to the Gym! I see you've created a log already so, excellent. That's a great place to start. If you haven't already read all of the "Start Here" stickies, definitely check those out.

    ive dealt with serious weight issues and depression, sometimes cause by each other, so if there's anything you want to talk about, you're in the right place. Feel free to Kik me, username is the same here and there. Sometimes it's tough dealing with stuff alone, and sometimes it's even tougher bringing that stuff up to your friends and family. Hopefully, you'll find that there's friends and family for you here too.

        One of the best uplifting, anti-depressive actions you could undertake, is to bake us a batch of Oatmeal-Raisin cookies, and donate them to that hungry hoard of Moderators, located (where else ? ) in the Mod break room.

          Oh, the Mod room location! My troops are on the way There must be a pool and hot tub. There better be cookies, they'll be cranky otherwise

          Welcome Marspyder. Don't be to serious , you'll be fine, have some fun along the way.

            Focus on improving your EQ & overall penis health. Perform your exercises with emphasis on form and technique over reps and intensity. Before you know it, you'll be gaining in length & even some girth! <<<THIS is the BEST mind-set for PE! Believe me, IT WORKS BEST THIS WAY! WELCOME TO THE GYM!

                Welcome to the forum! Like the other members suggested - start with the stickies. If you want to battle confidence issues + weight I have heard from tons of people that abstaining from porn and masturbation helps with both weight, confidence, and testosterone levels.
