Hey everyone in the forum! I have actually been using this site a lot for advice, mostly about reverse kegel for premature ejaculation. Now I will take it to the next step and begin to do jelq exercises for gains.
I'm a 20 year old European male with a penis I'm very satisfied with, I'm intact. I've previously suffered from premature ejaculation where I almost couldn't last for longer than 10 seconds, to now last longer than 20 minutes if I'm concentrated. I have only had sex with one person (being my ex) and I was very happy about my sexual stamina which I never thought would be that great, though it could sometimes be difficult to make her orgasm during penetration as I often had to slow down to be able to not orgasm.

Pretty alright but I would personally like a little more width, only about an extra cm or a little slightly more, but I wanna be realistic too...
Anyway, I hope to become an active member of the forum here and help other people and give advice. I already have a lot of knowledge on hair loss (not balding or receeding though, I'm a long-hair and have very healthy hair) and premature ejaculation.
