Hey Everyone, I'm new as a member but have been a long time viewer in the shadows. My job involves analytics and engineering and boy have I been doing a lot of research on PE, this site by far has been second to none. I felt it would be better if I got involved in the PE community, not always taking but also giving.

I started PE in 2016 doing dry jelqs and pumping, focusing on girth. Wasn't focusing on measuring at the time but suspect I gained .25" in girth, no change really in length. Due to not warming up and pushing too hard I got a thrombosis in my member and backed off for a while. That is when I really got involved in the PE websites.

          Hey Burito!

          Welcome to the Gym.

with you positive outlook and apparent dedication, you should be able to reach your goals within the next year or so.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

Remember to jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

After taking about a 6 month break I began researching penis extenders and made the decision to by the Quick Extender Pro in January of 2017. After 6 months of usage (no other exercises) I gained ~1" in my BPEL bringing me to 6.5" and 5.25" EG. A crazy situation happened (that deserves it's on post) and I decided to stop extending for a period of time.

I then decided to get into a routine and followed the JP90. I did it for ~4 months with a combination of extending and am now at 6.7" BPEL and 5.5" EG. I have currently resumed the JP90 (starting WK3 now).

Computer access is very limited for me but I have been using my phone a lot, it is not a smart one so functionality is limited. If I take a while to respond, that is why.

I plan to post a thread for an awesome smoothie recipe that combines the erection tea to other ingredients that helps lose weight (knock off the fat pad) and boosts sperm production (where would be the best place to post this?). I also have some tips for optimizing the Quick Extender Pro so that it doesn't slip.

Thanks Everyone for your willingness to contribute to these forums, you all have changed a many of men's lives, and wives too! .

Nice gains buddy. 5.5 EG is a thick tool. And at almost 7 inches you're the perfect size to please almost any woman!

Thanks! It gives me great pleasure being able to bring my wife to the big-O just about everytime. Jelqing and clamping has done wonders.

I kept very detailed records while extending for 6 months. I plan to share them with the community soon. Saw nice gains from that.

So you saw girth gains from extenders then?

I've been wondering that and have posted a couple threads with regard to extenders and girth gains.

I'd like to hear your experience with that.

Yeah I actually went from 4.5" EG to 5.25" EG in ~2 months just by extending. No JP90 or anything. Just a couple of pulls in all directions and wearing the extender, 237 hours to be exact haha.
