Hello, i started pe about four years ago and I'm back.
I came to pe when i was 18 and probably like alot, i thought i had a small dick. So i started a routine of jelks and stretches for a couple weeks, and then moved onto sqeezes and erect stretches. And that worked out awesome my flaccid went from 2.5/3 inches to 4/5 inches. And my bpeg went from 6 to 6.5 inch, eg stayed at arround 5.75. I only did this routine for one month consistently and then after i did light training to cement the gains. And i stopped for 4 years. If only i kept going i wonder where i would be now. 🤔
Anyway 4 years later i have kept all my gains and now, my goal is to get to 7/7.5 inches and straighten the curve in my dick. I am also practising spiritual travel through the body or meditation...... lol. May seem odd but it is truly an amazing feeling.
I can consistently get semi boner now at will. Its awesome because i use to be a turtle and now i can keep my dick plumb all day long. I am thinking that should help with gains as its keeping the blood down there flowing.
So this time around i am not really doing a consistent routine. I am basically working off theories ive read or come up with myself. And just doing the exercise i think my dick needs lol. I have been going for 3 days now and already my boners are insane, last night i woke 3 or 4 times because of rock hard erection.
It is incredible what PE can do and I am looking forward to seeing more results.
