    I am one week into pe and I am seeking some advice as to whether I should continue with what I am currently doing as well as some other questions that some experienced members on here may be knowledgeable of.

    First off I am an Adderall user.

    I don't have the option of not taking it as I have pretty bad ADHD and I am double majoring with 18 units of 300+ level classes with a part-time job as well.

    I generally take around 3 to 4 30mg Adderall XR's a week.

    I am also planning on doing the jonpop90day and doing them in 12+ hours after taking the Adderall so some of the blood flow will return to normal. Right around the 12-hour mark, I will be taking 2 pills of 500mg L-Arginine 250mg L-Citrulline pills to further improve my blood flow. Approximately 30 minutes to an hour after this I will warm up using warm socks that I will heat in the microwave.

    So my questions are...

    How should I go about this Adderall situation? Any Adderall users on here? What are your experiences?

    Are my supplements and my warm-up method ok?

    Also, I want to specifically increase my length more than girth. As a beginner is there anything extra I can add to my length regiment and should I still do the full girth exercises?

    Actually, my base girth is a lot smaller than my head and mid shaft (like a baseball bat dick) and I was wondering if there are any exercises to increase this.

    Anyways I am excited to have found this page and appreciate all those who took their time to read my post.

    Wouldn't it be possible for your doctor to recommend an alternative? Aside from that, adderall can have some powerful effects which can counter good EQ.

      Welcome bro! I'm in recovery myself and adderall was one of my many DOC's. It didn't make me focus, it just made me want to do only stimulating activities and try more drugs. I'm not against it though, because everyone reacts to it differently. If it works for you, then that's great!

      As for it's use in PE, that's a tricky one. A lot of people say it causes ED, but for me and many others I knew, it was like a sexual stimulant because of all the dopamine is produces. So there's not really a "one size fits all" answer to that. See where it takes you.

        What is your weekday schedule like and when do you take Adderall?

        Supplement dosses look a bit low, but it it works for you then that's fine.

        Put more time into your stretches and keep your jelqs consistent, around 150-200 reps.

          Aderall is a vasoconstrictor, as are most of the ADHD medications. My stupid mind says that maybe you should try supplementing L-arginine because it has the opposite effect. Anyway as the other members said maybe you should try looking for alternative medications that are less intense than Adderall. Also I think ADHD can be eliminated by exercising for concentration, like by doing yoga or meditation and also having less distractions on your workplace. I am no medical expert but these are my 3 cents. Take care!
