    Hi everyone,

    I am 29 years old and from Germany.

    I am a grower, so my penis is quit small when flaccid.

    My length erected without pushing something down: 5.5 Inches

    My girth: 5.5 Inches

    Length = Girth

    I do like my girth but I would like have more length. That is why I am starting the JP90 routine. I am now three weeks in (nothing changed). Lets see where I can go.
    Start: Length 5.5 Inches, Mid Shaft Girth 5.5 Inches, Base Girth 6.3 Inches

    Goal: Length 7.5 Inches, Mid Shaft Girth 6.0 Inches, Base Girth 6.5 Inches

    After 4 Weeks: Length 5.7 Inches, Mid Shaft Girth 5.5 Inches, Base Girth 6.3 Inches

    Routine: JP90

      Hey and welcome! 2" is certainly doable. Dedication and consistency will be key. I have attached a link to a thread that lists different routines and devices that will help you get there.

        Hey RediOne!

        Welcome to the Gym

        It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

        It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

        Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue.

        Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

            Before you start, think of whether you can see it through.
            2 inches will be possible but will require a lot of time (think in terms of years), unless you're a quick gainer.
            1/2/18 - BPFL 4.0", BPFSL 6.0", BPEL 5.8", EG 4.6" (Start)
            31/7/18 - BPFL 4.3" (11cm), BPFSL 6.6" (16.8cm), BPEL 6.2" (15.8cm), EG 4.75" (12.05cm), NBP 5.39" (13.7cm)

              Lets be real here, 2 inches is a lot. It's not going to be easy to gain such a length, especially if you already have great eq etc. Some will never gain 2 inches, and the ones that do will be doing PE for many years. Good luck though. You might be one of the lucky ones. You're already lucky because you have a girth of 5.5, which I would love to have.

                    Well, you say that^^^ now, RediOne...but what if you actually have the mental fortitude and physical capacity & persistence with your PE to actually accomplish 2"?

                    Undoubtedly, it will likely take years of consistent PE and likely the use of devices to help you achieve a 2" cemented gain; however, my guess is, that PE will become a "lifestyle" or habit that you'll enjoy, just like sex (well maybe not as MUCH AS SEX) by then! The question will then become "WHY STOP NOW?"...and of course, you won't! LOL!

                    THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT RULE IS TO PE SAFELY. Injuries not only frustrate and discourage our members, but also delay their progress and attainment of goals, while waiting to recover. DON'T MAKE THAT MISTAKE as many newbie members do, trying to gain as quickly as possible. PE is a journey of discovery about your own unique physiology and how your body responds to the exercises. We're ALL different physiologically, so follow your recommended routine conditioning program FIRST, before moving into more advanced manual exercises or devices, just to be SAFE!

                      With trying to gain that much and having such a high goal makes your chances of getting a penis injury a lot higher trust me ive been there. The injuries can be very severe and take years to resolve so PE safely. Maybe stop PEing completely once you plateau since you might try extreme PE methods to break the plateau. You might be lucky and plateau after an inch but 2 inches seems irrational. The thing about PE is that your maximizing your genetic penis size. If during puberty you got fuckall sleep, hormones out of whack etc. PE will accomplish your genetic limit. Going past that genetic limit can cause injuries. This is all my theory about PE gains so I may be wrong

                        A 2" gain might take years. It's going to take dedication, perseverance, education, learning and perhaps some creativity about what will work for you. One trait the big gainers have is they know a lot about PE, even if they don't use everything they have learned during their PE career.

                          Have one (funny) story that actually made my penis "bigger":

                          Since my childhood I am wearing glasses. All the time!
                          Now, 1 year ago I bought my first contact lenses. AND EVERYTHING BECAME HUGE! I found out the glasses can make either everything smaller or bigger. Never noticed it until wearing those contact lenses. Tadaaaa my dick appeared much bigger. With contact lenses you can see the "real sized world".

                          My food portion appeared bigger and I understood now why my girlfriend always sad that I am eating so much .
                          In fact, my girlfriend appeared much bigger...

                          Lesson: Wear contact lenses and don't have a girlfriend with glasses that makes everything smaller

                              Mid shaft Girth 5.5 and Base Girth 6.3. Which one do you guys count?
