  • hi my name is jack. i have a pretty small member. what i would like to acheve girth length would help also. i've tried pumps with no improvement. i have been using weights but domt have any idea how much is to much.my wife said that if i wanted to improve anything girth would be her choice. i have my doubts but i will do almost anything to improve our enjoyment in bed. i heve i sensation problem. it takes me a long time to acheve orgasim.any exercises or info on weights would be helpful.[THANKS]

      • hey guys, i've lurked around here and thunder for a couple of weeks before i started PE and i've fallen in love with my penis all over again! haha, but i hope to get some more great information from you guys!! I plan on doing monthly measurments and i can already see a difference within a couple of weeks!

            Could someone tell me if i've got this right, 3 months at beginners level jelqing. 150 jelgs, one day on 2 days off. and how often to i stretch ?? I started doing some jelqing myself ,15 minutes 3 on 1 off for one week, but get the occasional pain in my penis the following day especially after i ejaculate. jelqing with 70% erect

              Pierre, you have probably bruised your urethra and irritated the sensitive nerves ahead of and under the glans. Back off on your grip. Light grip for Jelqing, just enough to move the blood bulge. Also how many Jelq reps are you doing in 15 minutes?

                  • Hey Every one, I've been reading off this site for advice/inspiration. I really enjoy this site over thunders,theres not as much bs floating around. Im 19 and I live in oklahoma. I've read just about as much as I can, and I feel I have the imformation and will power to continue into my P.E Life, Im not after quick "stretch our dick as hard as possible" to get gains in 3 months. I've been much inspire by P.E succesguy and I agree and am a big supporter with the less is more technique. So In the future I can later incorporate more after I max out my newbie gains. I plan on doing this for the next year or so And then go from there . As for my routine I am keeping it simple with Jon pops newbie routine . And I am Going to Edge After every pe session. Im a big beleiver in not cumming every day or so , Because for me . im way harder if I go a day or so without ejaculation. And it seems to help with P.E . I just wanted to do a post so some day I can let every one know my gains . My Current Stats are Roughly El 6.5 bpel 6.8 eg 5.5-5.6. I will update my progress in a few months

                      Not sure mate, i've just timed 15 minutes. I don't think i've even warmed up enough.

                      • How I got here

                        I came to the PEgym from a circuitous route. I receive a daily email called “Science Daily Health Headlines” which reports news on medical and health care research and practice. A recent headline reported on research in Italy that showed the positive effects of a penis enlargement device called the Andro-penis. (Penile Extender Increased Flaccid Length By Almost A Third, Clinical Study Reports) This was the first time I had ever seen a solid research study on such a device so I looked up the publication where it appeared – the British Journal of Urology. Given all the spam on pills, salves and devices that promise penis enlargement, I had thought it was all a crock, a scam to make money by preying on men’s insecurities about their penis size. But now I was intrigued as I, like so many men, have felt that I had an “inferior” penis – even though it has produced two kids and my marriage hasn’t fallen apart over an unsatisfactory sex life. (As a result of visiting PEgym, I’ve also come to see that I’m really quite average – not so small after all.) I’ve always wanted a bigger penis but didn’t think anything could be done about it.

                        Some days later I was in a bookstore looking for a title in the psychology section when I noted the sexuality section was next to it. While glancing at those titles I saw one called “The Big Penis Book” which turned out to be filled with the photos of the 1-in-a-million guys with the kinds of cocks that make any guy feel even more inferior. When I got home, I looked the book up on Amazon to find our more about the author, publisher, etc. I scrolled down and found the usual “People who bought this item also bought:” It was there that I found Aaron Kemmer’s “Exercising the Penis” book – a concept I had never heard of. I clicked on the book and started reading the reviews which were ringing endorsements. One of the reader/reviewers noted that Aaron had put all this up on a website (PEgym) where anyone could access it for free. I immediately checked it out.

                        I was amazed – and wished I’d found out about this years ago but glad I had found it at all. The site seemed wholesome, nothing was being pushed to buy (except Aaron’s book, which I subsequently bought) and the moderators seemed very respectful and encouraged respect among members. And it was all free! What a concept! I didn’t join right away but visited the site with some frequency and kept reading. Now I’m in and on the road to developing the penis I’ve always dreamed of having. On behalf of myself and other members – and for all the men who will someday find and benefit from this site – I want to say thank you to Aaron Kemmer for the great service he has provided.

                        I began the basic beginner routine recommended on the site in mid-April and I’ve already seen results as seen in my signature. I’ll report on some of my progress on another post.

                        • lordimfamus, Welcome to the Gym that will change your life. Sounds like you already know how to start. I'm a less is more advocate as well. Sure I could do 5 on 2 off, but I didn't gain like I do now. If you decide to make a progress log I'll check it out.

                          Pierre, for just starting off I would say you're jelqing at too high of an erection level. You're just starting to learn this so take it easy go with 40-60% erection and see how that feels. Use a very light grip. And make sure you're doing them with lube to start off with as well. Warming up and stretching is what prevents injuries. Apply some kind of warm compress to your penis and groin for about 20 minutes three times a day. If you think you can still PE, then do so with a warm up and a warm down.

                          Lazy 8, Welcome bud that's quite the path to finding this site. Glad it worked out for you though. Keep on that routine for about a week or so and then if you like, start either KP's, JP's, or Babbis' routine. I started my search with penis enlargement pills. I looked up the ingredients and each one's possible side effects and thought the poor guys who use it. Then I found a website with horrible exercises for enlarging the penis and then I googled penile exercising. Here I found.

                          • I'm doing a variation on the stretches. Somewhere on the site, someone suggested flax seed works better than rice in the sock because it holds the heat longer. I really like the sock as a warm up because I can really keep it in contact with my skin all around my penis and groin. After my 10 minute warm-up (be careful not to overheat the flax sock in the microwave; it can burn you!), I leave the sock in place while I do my stretches. I hold the stretches while I do 50 Kegels in each of the 5 positions. I can feel the heat relax the ligaments and connective tissue at about 30 Kegels, at which time I gradually increase the pull. You can really tune in to what is happening with the tissues with the sock resting in place. I also grip the sock between my legs to warm up the perineum (space between your scrotum and anus). It's a very satisfying and meditative kind of experience. My problem is that I'm trying to do this when my wife isn't around so it can be furtive at times. I've tried easier stretching without warm-up in bed at night but that isn't the same and I can feel the tissues aren't responding well to it.

                            I do between 300 and 400 Kegels a day, given that 250 of them occur during the stretches. Nighttime woodies have been incredible: EQ10. Any problem with doing the stretches at one point in the day and jelqing at another time?
