  • Intro and Question...

    Hi!

    I read the book and tried the exercises for the first level. My problem is that I have a curve that I would like to fix-no real problem just kinda cosmetic-and when I started the exercises the curve actually got worse even though I am stretching in only one direction (opposite the curve) and after completing the first level I used some of the exercises for straitening. It appears that only my right side chamber has grown, making my left curve worse! : (

    There are a couple tough spots in my left chamber that have always been there at the point of where the curve begins. This makes sense in light of the curve. I don't think there is any chance of peyronies disease due to my age and the fact that my penis has always had a curve since I can remember getting erections.

    I just wish I could undo the restricted points or tough spots and have a strait penis.

    There are various websites selling videos about peyronies disease stretches, but I wonder if they might help even though I seriously doubt I have PD. For instance if the "tough or constricted spots" in my left chamber are simply some fibrous tissue that could be brokeen down a little. Any thought or experience to share?

    • Well I've made a few posts already but HI!

      I've done PE since last October with a few week-long breaks thrown in there, and am very happen with the gains I have received. I went from 5.75NBPEL x 4.25MLEG to 6.25NBPEL x 4.75 MLEG. Basically a half inch gain in both areas, as well as other improvements like lasting longer, more vascularity, better EQ, and bigger glans. However, the growing has kind of halted in the last couple of months so I decided to join.
      Started October 2008: 5.50 NBPEL x 4.25 MSEG

      July 2009: 6.00 NBPEL x 4.75 MSEG

      Final Goal: 7 NBPEL x 5.5 MSEG

        • Hey people, I'm Bill. Starting college in the fall (fairly late - at 21) and as I'm getting a late start in sex and relationships I need any extra confidence I can get. You guys seem pretty knowledgeable, I think I'll enjoy my stay here : ) My LOT seems fairly high and I've heard that's a plus.

            I"ve been around the block a few times and am a member of a couple other PE forums. I have decided to start up PE again to see if I can make some gains this time around. I decided to join this site because, unlike other PE websites, I have yet to see anything for sale. All you need is your hands and I'm sick of people trying to make money by selling useless pills and unnecessary products!

            • Hey Folks,

              First PE'd a few years ago. Overtrained, got discouraged, put the lube away. This process repeated itself a few times sporadically.

              So I'm really on my third week or so of responsible PE-ing. My routine is every other day, 15 minutes + of warm up with heating pad, 5 minutes of light stretching, 10 minutes of jelqing with vasoline. I've been edging for about 5 minutes after most sessions as well. I am also trying not to ejaculate more than once or twice a week.

              I'm very open to advice from anyone, so please don't be shy.

                  Mattyluv here. New Member, Thanks for having me. I'm gonna give it a shot.
                  I love my dick, so does my wife, it's all about loving what you got first off, and improving from there right??? You wouldn't spend so much time with yourself if you didn't like you...

                  Either way, I'm gonna give it a shot.
                  An unstrict measurement gives my EL just about 6", Maybe 5.75' on a cold day. 5'6" tall and a little thick for my height (but that's for my height - I think compartively I wouldn't be considered all that girthy but whatevs.).

                  All I want is an inch in length. net even. I would be thrilled being a little under 7", I'm not looking for huge gains.

                  I workout at the gym 4-5 days a week.
                  Supplements:
                  Ginseng, l-arginine (has improved my circulation immensly, my feet aren't cold!!), Fish oil, a multivitamin, B-complex.
                  Drinking Yerba Mate, green tea. coffee seldomly.
                  More to come when I get some real measurments.

                  In the mean time I will start surfing, learning, and helping out.

                      i was wondering if anyone knew an effective exercise that will help change my 'flat' penis? A good girth exercise.

                        What a name, you can do uli^^ just kidding, folow first the 90 day beginner routine posted in the beginner forum, girth exercise are for intermediaries, but who knows others report gain on girth doing the 90 days routine.

                            Signed up on here as it looked like a good PE forum

                            Ive stretched/jelqed on and off in the past but never for longer than a week each time and therefore never seen gains.

                            Ive now decided to get DEDICATED and stick at it!

                            Current stats are BPEL 7.5" EG 5.5" FL 5.5" FG 4.5"

                            Goals BPEL 8.5"+ EG 6"+

                              Yes just new to. Started 6 years ago but did not stay with the program only because no info as what to do. So far so good helped with stronger erection & longer staying power. Looking to enlarge penis to 6" with girth 5 3/4. Question: How hard do you Jelq? Do you do Kegels while Jelqing? Hand position palm away from body or into body? Any help & or advice. Peace, LMBJLESS
