Bro, welcome aboard. All the info you could possibly need and then some is right here. Start with JP's newbie routine and practice that faithfully for your first 90 days. This initial period is a conditioning period if you will so that you can do more strenuous exercises down the line if you choose. Following the newbie routine is the first step brother. There is TONS of info here as well as TONS of helpful guys and a gal here to help with whatever questions you may have, PE related or otherwise.

thanks man, ill continue reading that but do you recommend any other threads that i should check out? Also a little more info for the past 2 years ive been using a great deal ecstasy and quite occasionally been having sex and or masturbating under then influence of mdma and amphetamines's. ugh i have stop using since but i have notice some harm done to my little friend, he dose not get quite as hard anymore and has almost shrunk from its EL. what are you opinions on that? I've never tried anything like what is being suggested on this forum. I must admit to being decidedly skeptical, as a) it seems too good to be true and b) if this stuff worked one expects that it would be all over the place and well documented. Seems a little too underground.
Anyway, since I currently have a potruding disc in my lower back, I'm bored as hell (I still work from home, but can't do much else) and definitely have issues that resonate with many others on this forum, so I'm certainly willing to try. Helps that no-one seems to be pushing pills, surgery or strange contraptions.
I have joined recently & would like to get an advice from someone. I wish to purchase a ROP Zinger for increasing my testosterone level. Is it necessary to do PE exercises or hang weight for this purpose? Will my testosterone level increase even if I do not do the above-mentioned things & wear my ROP 24x7? I've been reading the forum for about 2 months now. Trying to get my PE consistent. Not easy when you have kids on summer break. Started just shy of 6 and 5.5 girth. Now my BPFSL is 6.5. Erect girth can sometimes be 6.
I don't have a specific routine. Warm-up -10mins, stretch - 5-10mins, jelq 10-15mins, clamp - 10mins. I have a Bib hanger that I use 3-4 times a week and maybe 4 session of PE per week. Some better then others.
Big goal is 8x6.5. At times my wife really notices a big difference and is all in on me doing the exercises.
