  • hi, my name is Jsta, lol.. i found this site through google,
    my current length is about 5", and my goal is 7~8 LONG INCHES!!! HAHAHA
    i don't know about the girth though..lol
    BUT A THICK ASS GIRTH WOULD BE ALSO FINE!! HAHA

    i've missed a few massage parlour sessions with mates before...LOL..

    8 INCHES!!!.......

          • Hey everyone. Im new to the forums here, but actually ive been excersizing off and on for about 2 months. mostly off haha. But for the last 2 weeks ive been good about it, and its very gratifying. I actually have seen small gains already, and ive been gettin hard over almost nothing in the past 5 or so days, so i guess thats a good sign. I feel really good about it, and ive finally decided to be official with it, set some goals, track my progress, that whole thing.
            9/09: NBPEL 6.3'' + EG 5.3''

            Goal by 01/10: NBPEL 7'' + EG 5.8''

                      Yep im new aswell Ive been reading this book for a while but today I start my first exercise!. But I think this is gonna wrk and hopefully it does, seems pretty ligit and Im ready to gain at least and inch! Well im starting out with 5.5 lenth and 4.5 girth Best wishes to my fellow men!!

                        You have the Book use it well, dont hide it put book marks on some exercise.. never mind me Just want to welcome you^^ WELCOME

                            I still have to do my official measurements, but I'm about 5" erect and 1- 1 1/2 flaccid.
                            Some of my biggest problem is a fat pad at the base, mostly because I'm overweight.
                            It would be great to grow in erect length, but it would also be nice to not be so self conscious.
                            I'm really uncomfortable at the gym naked, and I really don't even like to strip in front of my fiancee
                            unless I'm aroused.

                            This seems like the real deal. I'm excited!

                            • I'm in the same boat privatecat, but I'm doing something to fix it. I'm making crazy good gains and I am almost certain it has to do with a combination of the exercises, supplements, and a heavy muscle building regimen. Also don't forget cardio, it keeps the blood pumping and that's another huge key to this whole deal.
                              Starting stats:.......Current stats:
                              BPEL: 6"...............BPEL: 6 3/4"
                              EG: 4.85"..............EG: 5 1/8"

                              • Hi everyone. So I've been thinking about buying pills and stuff as long as i can remember. I went to college and just accepted the fact that I was at my max potential because I am 5'5" tall. I've looked into stretchers, and was very misinformed. I was about to buy the package deal from penis health and matters of size, but here I am. I've actually started doing some P.E for about a week but I want to call this the official day that I start because I grew some balls to share my experience and hopefuly get the support and motivation that I need.
                                My stats are on my sig, but my goal would be a 7" x 6" penis. Infinitely larger if possible, but that's what I am aiming for right now. I looked at JP 90 day routine and everyone really emphasizes on the "less is more" attitude. I am currently taking l-arginine and l-lysine, super b complex, and a multivitamin. no zinc though, i will probably get it soon.
                                How much training should i do a week? ive read two days off and 1 day off. ive also read about 5 days a week and taking the weekends off. how should I start?
