      I'm on the low side of average. My penis has made my life fairly miserable up until now.

      Can it really grow from 5 inches erect to 7 or so? Is that possible? Is this website just created to give people like me hope and confidence to get laid more often? Waking up thinking it is bigger, look in the mirror and think it is bigger, feeling it in my pants and keep thinking it is growing, my confidence is growing with it?

      Is this false hope?

      What experiences a bigger increase, flaccid or erect length? I am unsure how big mine gets because it varies in how hard it is and I think it could probably hit 6 inches if you did the bone measurement, but that isn't usable length.

        Well, hi everyone, I am 21 years old, and not very satisfied with my penis size. I finally decided to give this a try, this website finally convinced me, because I see all the support and because no one is trying to sell anything from this. My stats are 5.5 erect length, and 5.0 erect girth, I'm going for 8 x 6, so which me luck, and good luck to everyone else.

          • Hey guys, just wanted to say hi, and thanks to all the people who have posted creative ideas, tips, progress logs, etc. I just started PE a week ago. Not long before that I would have thought it was complete BS. All I have to say now is that anyone, doctor, urologist or otherwise, who makes the outright claim that gains are impossible, has probably spent more time writing that article than they did looking for information on this forum or thunders. And they obviously never tried it themselves. After just a week, I feel like I've got better circulation, more flexible, and I'm hanging a bit better. Starting at 6.5 x 4.6 and shooting for a modest gain to 7 x 5+. My attitude at this point is 100 percent positive I'll reach it. Thanks again.

                Hi Guys,

                I am new to your site, which is something I have been looking for for some time now.
                Came across your site by browsing through the Internet and very pleased I did & hope that things are now going to change for me.

                Suffer & have been for a long time with ED and would welcome any advice, any home remedies eg: erection tea or excercises that has helped others overcome this problem.

                At times get a semi (+/- 50% erection early mornings) but does not last for long and when I just move I go flaccid straihgt away. Have started to try the errection tea about a week ago, but found it does not realy make any differnce until about 2 to 4 hours later, but is also only semi and does not last long.

                Must I perhaps double up on it, as I have a cup a day at the moment or make myself a stronger tea, say more ginger or lemon than sugested/recomended, or perhaps exercise/Jelq more frequent than once a day.

                Any sugestions will be very welcome "Despirate"

                  There are supplements that can help: L-Arginine, L-Lysine, Ginkgo, Lecithin, ZMA, Tribulus. Here's a list - https://www.pegym.com/forums/gym/747...pplements.html

                  Start right in with the newbie routine listed on the site or with JP's routine (https://www.pegym.com/forums/gym/216...r-routine.html). Exercises alone will help you with your ED. The erection tea is good but doesn't work for everyone. Try making it a bit stronger and yes, sometimes it takes awhile to sink in. You could also substitute green tea. I wouldn't advise you doing your exercises more than once a day for now. Get conditioned first. Going at PE too hard and too strong at the beginning will not help your ED; in fact, it will probably make it worse. Make sure you do a very good warm-up and a warm-down.

                  • Found this site 3 weeks ago. Started exercises 2 weeks ago. I am waiting to see how it works. So far I hang longer and thicker. My beginning stats: PBEL 6.5 girth 5.5 base 5-1/8 end.

                    • aye just started doing PE a week and a half ago saw the site and thought i would try it out cause well im small. when i mean im small i mean im a 6 foot one gut who is broad and yet when it comes down to the meat im NBPEL: 4.5 and EG: 5 so it didnt really match my body so i thought about trying this stuff out

                      • I found this a few weeks ago, unfortunately that was after I paid for a workout guide. I have been following the paid one so far and all has been going well. I just signed up to see how others are doing things, making sure I'm doing everything right, and finding out other techniques that may be helpful.
                        Reason I did was because I never could get my GF to cum with penetration. I could get her close, and either it would feel so good I would cum, or just mess something up with my rhythm and have to basically start at square one.
                        When it came to size that was never the issue for her, but I always felt a little small. I'm only 5'6" but I'm about 190lbs (a little overweight, but lots of muscle as well). Starting out I was 6.5"EL and 4.5"EG. I know my GF would never say it, but I think a bit more size would help our love-making out some. Even with the lack of girth, she sometimes had trouble blowing me, and never could take more than half of it. Not that that mattered, I just want to please her better.
                        Anyway after about 3 weeks of working out on the routine from my pay site, I have gained .2" in length and none so far in girth. Flaccid, it looks and feels heavier, but that's about it. Flacid gains really mean nothing to me. Anyway, I figured I would join this to also help newbies know that gains happen, for some it's fast, and others its slow.
                        Honestly, I believe the gains in your penile muscles do have something to do with the rest of your body. If you can put on muscle quickly (as I can) I think you will gain faster, but still hit a plateau at some point that you MUST work through. Some people build muscle very slowly, and the same can be said for the penis muscle. Just keep working and you'll get through and begin to gain. Good luck to everyone!

                          I've been too hard on my member and it now has elephant skin and some parts are tender. I've been a bit OCD on the porn. When I say a bit, I mean a huge amount. So much I needed a psychiatrist to give me meds to keep my compulsive behavior under control. Porn is addictive! Let no man tell you otherwise!!!

                          Anyway, is there a decent cream that will help get rid of the wrinkles and marks and the desensitized areas and kind of sore bits? I've been putting aloe vera stuff for hands on it and praying that it returns to its teenage form. I'd like it to get better and then I'll have a go at these exercises that will turn me into a human tripod. When I say elephant skin, I mean the texture, not the size. I wouldn't be here if I had that. I'd be in porn.
