      • Hey guys,im new just registerd.i must say what a cool site ,very interesting and great for info.id like to ask a question,but dont know if i may on this thread but here i go...ive been pe'ing for 6 months so far and gained 1cm both girth and length ,so now i have stopped gaining, my gain came in my first month off starting any way..just want some info on how to carry on with my gains.may be another routine or up my time spent on jelging and stretching, it goes as follows:
        10min warm up rice sock
        20min stretch all directions
        20min jelg
        10min warm down.any suggestions guys ?many thanx

        • Hello everyone. I registered awhile back but little nervous. I started PE about 2/3 months ago. As there is so much information and at times very confusing. To date I have seen little difference. I have not kept a log of measurements however having read all your entries here goes.
          My routine due to living in a busy household with little privacy extends to 20-30 minutes. Dimensions flacid length 3.5" Girth 3.5" Erect length 5.75" Girth 4.5" Target June 18 (B/day) length 7" Girth 5.5". Any suggestions to improve regime to see those vital improvements.

          Warm up with hot water 2mins
          stretching 5 directions 5mins
          Wet jelq (200-300 strokes) 15mins
          Warm down 2mins

              Hi guys...been watching the boards for a while but finally decided to become a member. I started PEing in August. Have a quick question. May sound silly. But here goes: last night while I was edging...about 17 minutes into it my erection begins to diminish. I know my hand was getting tired but I still hadn't reached my first PONR. Then a few minutes later I was back up to full speed and 24 minutes into it I reached my first PONR. Then from that moment on I edged for another twenty minutes and wrapped it up by not ejaculating. Total : 44 minutes. I had good wood throughout the night. I woke pretty hard. Is the fading of erection common or should i b doing more kegels.

              Current routine:

              12 min warm up
              stretch: Right (hold and kegel 25x) left(25kegels) Up(25 kegels) down (25kegels) Some helicopters
              5 min jelg
              Edge ( 35 min)

              2 days on 1 day off.

                It could've been attributed to your "state of mind" when it subsided. Physical stimulation alone isn't enough to achieve and maintain erection, you need that mental switch in the on position also.

                    My name's Brandon, and i'm a 18 year old voice major down at CSU Long Beach. My erect length at the start of my excercise was 7" in length (bone pressed) and 4.75 - 5" in girth. What I would REALLY love to be is 8.5"X6"!!! I'm in the middle of my third week now, and already I have noticed a definite gain in my girth. I'm so stoked! I do the basic beginner routine put up by Mr. White Tiger Super Administrator Man.

                    I've always wanted to be bigger even though I'm above average. I want my girlfriend to be in awe of my penis! haha not like she doesn't get off on it but you get the point. I'm going to refrain from measuring or posting pictures until I hit my 3 month mark in December. I know this stuff takes time; I don't want to dash my optimistic outlook by stressing over gains. I'm already stoked on what I've gained!

                    Sooooo yeah! I'm taking zinc, arginine, lysine, multivitamins and B vitamins as suggested by the administrator. They are definitely making my penis feel more healthy, and there's a youthful healthy glow surrounding it now, lol I know it sounds weird but it's true!

                    Alright PE gym yeah!

                      • Hello all, I'm from Brazil, and always "did" PE, but never knew. I usually liked to squeeze my penis during an erection, or keep stretching it while flaccid. Back in 2007, but never knew it was actually named exercises (used to do jelq, stretches, uli and erect bends). Now I'm starting to fix up a routine, I'm currently on my first month, but I already have an enlarged PC muscle, it's almost awkward, been doing kegels (didn't knew the name) since 2007. I'm doing every other day, and doing bed fowfers every night
                        Even though, I'm pretty average, 5.5 x 4.5", wanting something like 7" x 7", before being 30 years old (6 years to go ;D)

                          i'm new here,i have found this website while i was searching for something really good for enlarging my penis..
                          i have tried different routines bt untill now i got nothing
                          hopefully this it will work and i will be able to see my goal completed,i am optimist on this one,
                          i'd need a routine and also i'd like to ask if there is any food ingredients to hel me achieve my goals faster...

                          • Hi gah and ire, welcome to pe gym. You both have some background ,which should help your condition. Even so, I recomend you start on JP's 90day newbie program which is in this very forum(beginer).
                            There are some supplements that we think may help pe ,such as arginine, but the main thing is the training, so get to it.
                            Gah might I suggest 7" is a worthy length goal and 1.5" is attainable over a long period, however 7" girth is huge, check the cockzilla thread.
                            Perhaps 6" girth is more reasonable, my girlfriend got me to stop girth work at 6" because it was all she could handle, also this is 1.5" more than your present size.

                              I found this website when searching for real kegel.

                              Im new to this forum but not in kegel. I've been doing kegel for about 18months. In begging every day for a half year. Then i stopped do them every day because i didn't find them so much usable to do every day. They did stopped me from ejaculate but then got a flaccid penis so i didnt like it. My goal is to get it working, i've been reading around about the real tehnic of stopping ejaculate and still be erect but i still cant perform it and hope i learn about it more here.
