Then I looked up JP's beginner routine and that was my first time knowing that I should include stretches and V-Jelqs to my routine. I read the thread and saw that people are getting gains in a matter of months! So after a weekend off, I decided to start with JP's routine exactly the next coming week. However, after I 3 days in the JP's routine, I found that I have been getting a lot of negative PIs! (stings in the shaft and pubic area, longer turtlings, discolourisation, decreased night and morning wood and weaker erections... > thats like all the negative PIs noted in PEgym!!!)
So I stopped PE for a week, and my penis is still not like what I had before.. I thought that this routine overtrained my penis so bad that i wont come back to normal! and then towards the end of the second week without any PE, my penis colour was back to normal, it was getting harder woods and morning and night woods also became normal.
So I started again last monday with JP's routine but decrease the reps significantly:
10minutes warmup (dip my penis and nuts into hot water)
10minutes stretches (includes everything exactly like JPs e.g. U,D,L,R, helicopters and big circles to left and right)
50reps of O.K grip Jelqs (rather than JP's recommended 150 reps)
30reps of V-Jelqs (rather than JP's recomended 90 reps)
25reps of pulled kegels (I decide to keep this and append it to JP's routine)
warm down.
5 days on , weekend off
After a week doing this, i get positive PIs: my penis is reddish in colour, flaccid hangs low, harder woods but still havent notice any gains.
My plan is to condition my penis with the decrease reps of JP's routine for 3 months then up the reps to 100reps of O.K grip and 60reps of V-jelqs
I really want to get a nice big healthy cock, my goal reference is like Gyrta (after reading his creating the perfect penis thread and checking out his pics).
