    Hello everyone ,
    Im Rino from Indonesia and have been lurking on this website for a month now.
    My current stats are:
    NBPFL: 4.5"
    FG: 4.25"
    BPFSL: 6.25"
    NBPEL: 5.75"
    BPEL: 6.25"
    EGB: 4.5"
    EGM: 5"

    I have a high angle upward veiny mushroom erect penis. Its even veiny when flaccid. I am fond of this but I look to further my NBPEL to 7.5 and EGM to 6.

    I have been jelqing since I was in high school in Australia. I lived in an all-boys boarding house so you know how boys like to show off when it comes to their weapons. Yes, I am asian and i didnt want to lose the race to the gifted white boys. I didnt keep record of when I first started, all i needed to know then is that my penis to get bigger and better looking

    What my routine used to be (following a friend from Malaysia with an Arabic background):
    5 minutes of warmup
    100 reps of O.K jelqs (20 downwards, 20 straightout, 20 straightup and so on..)
    40 reps of pulled kegels (pull penis straightout and do hard kegel and count to 10 - 1 rep)
    5 minutes of warmdown
    5 days on, off on the weekend
    (yes, no stretches)

    I never knew that the penis is like other muscles in the body - it adapts to pressure. So thats all I did for all these years.
    Then about a month ago just figured that there has to be a forum for every discussable topic in the world. So first i stumbled on *************, and then I found the great PEgym

    Then I looked up JP's beginner routine and that was my first time knowing that I should include stretches and V-Jelqs to my routine. I read the thread and saw that people are getting gains in a matter of months! So after a weekend off, I decided to start with JP's routine exactly the next coming week. However, after I 3 days in the JP's routine, I found that I have been getting a lot of negative PIs! (stings in the shaft and pubic area, longer turtlings, discolourisation, decreased night and morning wood and weaker erections... > thats like all the negative PIs noted in PEgym!!!)

    So I stopped PE for a week, and my penis is still not like what I had before.. I thought that this routine overtrained my penis so bad that i wont come back to normal! and then towards the end of the second week without any PE, my penis colour was back to normal, it was getting harder woods and morning and night woods also became normal.

    So I started again last monday with JP's routine but decrease the reps significantly:
    10minutes warmup (dip my penis and nuts into hot water)
    10minutes stretches (includes everything exactly like JPs e.g. U,D,L,R, helicopters and big circles to left and right)
    50reps of O.K grip Jelqs (rather than JP's recommended 150 reps)
    30reps of V-Jelqs (rather than JP's recomended 90 reps)
    25reps of pulled kegels (I decide to keep this and append it to JP's routine)
    warm down.
    5 days on , weekend off

    After a week doing this, i get positive PIs: my penis is reddish in colour, flaccid hangs low, harder woods but still havent notice any gains.
    My plan is to condition my penis with the decrease reps of JP's routine for 3 months then up the reps to 100reps of O.K grip and 60reps of V-jelqs

    I really want to get a nice big healthy cock, my goal reference is like Gyrta (after reading his creating the perfect penis thread and checking out his pics).

    So, here is my first post, PEgym people . This is truly a great forum. I wanted to start posting so i thought it would be inappropriate without a proper intro

      PE takes time. Take it slow, be safe, be consistent and gains will come!

                  Thanks, prime. Sorry im not really sure what you are referring to. sorry, english isnt my first language ^_^

                  but if you mean Silat as in the Indonesian traditional martial arts, then yeah i do. I dont do it, although id love to..
