  • Greetings from the Avenger

Hey, I'm new here. 23 years old. I've known about PE since about 10th grade, way back in 02-03 but I never gave it a serious effort. Now that I'm living on my own with my own bathroom, I can do what I want!

Allow me to explain my name: I'm a grower. Big time. I remember kids making fun of me in camp when we would change to go swimming. One time they pulled down my shorts, held me down, and brought the girls over to laugh. How humiliating. I was made fun of off and on throughout my youth.

But the thing is, I'm quite average. The unofficial numbers are 6 BPEL and 5 EG.

Nonetheless, I am doing this for me and me alone. To have a massive dong I can be proud of.

    I am getting my revenge!

Quick n00b question: is it necessary to stretch before jelqing or may one jelq first (after proper warm up, of course)?

That is sad that they did that to you, your size is quite normal nothing to be ashamed of. I would stretch before jelqing. Welcome to the gym!

      Thanks.

n00b question number 2: if one did PE during puberty, would his gains be greater than if he started after, or is it more like bodybuilding/strength training where it's more of a function of how long you've been training and not so much when you started (assuming you're under 40ish).

Likely you can get gains at any age. But it seems the over 40's seem to get the best gains. Why, i don't know.

This may be regaining the bloom of youth upon ones friend. Over forty you probably gain 1/4" immediately in EQ increase.
          Start 2009/06/24 bpel 5.5 eg 4.75
          2009/08/26 bpel 5.5 eg 5.25
          2010/01/05 bpel 6.12"
          2010/08/01 bpel 6.25
          Goal 7"

So I'm on a different newb routine than jonpop's 90 day routine, but I was wondering if I should just switch to JP's or if I should do it after my current routine. I don't remember where I found this one but I think it's Big Al's 6 week program where you start out doing 3 days/week then go up to 5 per week by the last week, then take a week off. It's pretty similar but there's not as much jelqing. I don't know if I can jump right into 150 jelqs in one session.

Well, I'm back after a few years.
Life has been hectic and I haven't had time to devote to PE. I am starting again with the JP90 routine. Hopefully I'll get some encouraging results!
Any (sound) advice would be appreciated.
              Thanks.

Get a PE buddy if you can, it will help you stay dedicated.

I would like to do that. Preferably in real life, but online works too.

                  Any takers?

For the record, my starting measurements are 6.5" BPEL and 5" EG. I have a modest and realistic goal: 7.5 x 5.5.

When you started in 2009, you said your stats were 6" x 5". Did you gain 1/2 inch in length back then and keep it?

Hm, I didn't even notice. Maybe.
I'll have to measure a few more times carefully.
