Alright - so the reason I'm here...
Started JonPops mid-September (over 50 days ago) after having done a 1/2 hour kegel routine for a few weeks and MAN, what a start!
Went from 5.5 NBPEL (5.9 BPEL) and 5 EG to 6 NBPEL (7 BPEL) and 5.5 EG in about 1 week!
Best part was I simultaneously had quit my masturbation routine (instead of trying to go for more, decided to "save it up") and it worked incredibly well. Sex with my gf was always great, but after about a week of not seeing her and starting JP's, the first time again with her was INCREDIBLE - the best it has ever been for her and the best it has ever been for me. Pretty amazing. I was riding high!
BUT...
Been continuing JPs as much as I can - usually 4-5 days on, then 1-2 or 3 days off. I'm spending a good hour on JP's routine and 1/2 hour on the kegels. And ever since that first week, I've had almost no measurable gains. Zero. (Okay, it's possible there have been some, but they're so small they're almost negligible and prone to be error.) : ( Also, sex and eq haven't gotten any better, they've kinda settled back down. It's still better than it was before, but have not had that level of amazing again.
It's frustrating because I'm spending a huge amount of time working on it and I expected to see... well, some gains. Even if they weren't significant. 1/8 or something in the subsequent weeks? But no, nothing.
The Rest of the Story
I'm in my late 30s. 5'8, 150 (now). About a year ago I was a little tiny bit overweight (always been skinny, but combination of poor diet and no exercise caused me to gain 10 or 15 "ugly" pounds, so I cleaned up my diet and started exercising a bit. Tough to balance work in, but made it happen. Went from 163 to 149 in about a month. (A bit too much, I thought!) Started exercising less and eating more, thought I had things under control until I got a scale and weighed in at 139 (!). Adjusted my diet further, after continual tracking realized I was way low on calories and protein. Upped my cardio to promote my metabolism so I could consume more. Anyway, now I'm 151 and gaining healthy weight. Roughly 3000 cals on non-big exercise days and as many as 4000 some days. Went from 40 - 60 grams of protein to 120 - 140 (still trying to get to 160, it's tough!) Hydrating a lot more lately. Doing Animal Packs, about 1 per day broken up into three smaller goupings, I think one animal pack at one time is just too much for me, getting moderate exercise of 1 - 2 hours per day (depending on how you count PE).
So I feel like I'm giving my body good opportunity to gain with PE, but the quick plateau is givin' me the blues! I'm going to keep after it, but I have to admit I'm a little frustrated.
Going for length first, then girth. Been pulling pretty hard at the stretches. I'm definitely putting the effort in. It's entirely possible I'm over-training.

Thoughts, ideas?
Seriously, thank you in advance. I've learned a TON about my body from this and Thunder's Place. Even if I'm not able to get back on track for the gains I want, I feel like I'm in much better touch with my body.
I sure hope I can make at least some more gains though!
OH - and the backstory. I got into PE - originally just kegels - because I was having a hell of a time with condoms. The minute I'd put one on, beeeeuuuhp. Totally lose my erection and it was tough to keep it going. It's difficult for me to ejaculate in the first place (I guess I have DE, though I believe it is mostly mental), and with a condom it's just downright frustrating. So the kegels helped immensely with EQ, but condoms are still a detriment I need to overcome. Btw, I tried out like a billion of them and found that Kimonos work best for me, if anybody else cares about such things - gotta be careful what lube you use, but anyway, that's another story.
