    This feels abit awkward but whatever, I'm gonna need to learn how to talk on forums so let's give it a go!

    I'm an 18 year old Aussie guy who obviously wants a bigger penis, I'm just not happy at the minute with my size. I'm about 4.5 erect ( sorry i don't know the PEGym lingo yet) and about 4 inches in girth at the thickest part. I'm aiming for about 6.5 inches and when I reach that goal maybe abit more.

    So let's get started😀

          And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

          Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.

            Welcome Aussie-Neylon!
            Glad you've made a decision for a healthier penis! Read, read, and read some more of the threads here at the gym to learn how to PE safely. You'll get the jargon down sooner that way, stay motivated, and be successful if you're patient.

            Once you select a routine (suggest JP90), learn all you can by researching each exercise and starting slowly. YOU CANNOT RUSH PE WITHOUT INJURY, so proceed safely and enjoy the journey. If you have questions (and you will) ASK, guys on this forum are always willing to share info/advice. Be sure you make correct starting measurements, take pics (or you will regret you didn't later), and start & maintain a journal to keep yourself active and motivated. Happy PEing!

              Welcome to the Gym Aussie-Neylon and good luck with your PE. First read some more of the threads here at the gym. Than make you correct starting measurements (later you can easily compared your progress), take pics on the forum, and start a journal. That will you mainly more motivated. And put your question in the forum.

                    As mentioned above a good place to start is to do some reading in the START HERE thread that can be found at the top of the page. The JP90 is a great routine to start off with for most beginners. Start off slow and gradually increase over time.

                    There is a lot to learn, so use your time during the JP90 to further educate yourself. There is a wealth of information here, do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.

                    The key to being successful is to be dedicated, consistent and patient. PE does work, but it won't happen overnight. The rewards for putting in the time and effort are well worth it in the end.

                        Nah, no need to feel awkward. C'mon in, have a seat, and make yourself at home. Jump right into the conversations, and don't hesitate to ask any questions you might have.

                        All of the others above have given you great advice, and good pointers to get you started. All good info from the many helpful members here.

                        Also, check out the stickys on the top of each forum, and the links in the blue bar at the top of the page. They all contain great information on whatever you might be interested in.
